It's not covering it by much, but it's noticeable when on apps that have rounded windows (edges cut into the sides, corners are no longer rounded and are cut).
Can you give me an example of an app? I’d like to test mine

I tried the AM Film one and just would not adhere to some of the edges, put 100's of these on and this was not my day! Ha ha.
I personally had great luck with the AM Film protector on my 15 Pro Max. It went on quick and easy, covering the whole screen with no bubbles. Nice deals on Amazon. Fits well with my Spigen Liquid Air case too.

I'm glad I took the chance on installing the Torras first, after seeing some mixed reviews on here about the Spigen and amFilm.

The Torras went on easy, as you'd expect with its fancy applicator. I got a decent sized bubble under the dynamic island that I couldn't squeegee out, but that went away after a few hours. Zero issues with any rainbow effect or anything like that. No overlap with my keyboard either.

I've got a little bit of dust and lint that's gathered on the edges already, but I don't think there's much you can do about that. I do remember that the ESR Amorlite that I used on my 13 PM was worse about that, so I'm happy that the Torras is better with that.

Overall, I'd recommend the Torras, if you can stomach the price

I have the Torras and Spigen ez fit. Went with the spigen as worried Torras would lift due to being full screen and fitting a case.
Installed the Torras an hour ago. Easily the easiest and most dust-free install I've ever done of a screen protector. It doesn't go all the way to the edge. It's compatible with the three cases I have so far.

Instagram when watching a story the rounded edge cuts off on both sides on on my phone. My wife's phone has the screen protector more on the left so even more of the rounded edge is cut on the right side while the left doesn't have any cut effect.

Torras went on perfect, and its slightly taller than the ESR when i compared them. Still doesn't go edge to edge like i thought it would.

Can anyone show pictures of the belkin ultra glass installed ?

Pics of Torras:

Torres went on perfect for me as well. I usually get the Belkin UltraGlass or AT&T Tempered Glass. Check out post #128. I asked about the thicknesses of these compared to the Torras. “Usual thickness.” I am not sure about that. I do feel the bottom edge of the Torras when swiping up though. It feels slightly sharp. That was not the case with the other two screen protectors. 🤔

Thank you. I see it now. Definitely cuts into the screen a little bit on my pro max

I’m going to order the Toras and return my ESR to Amazon. Thanks for the updates!!
Have had great luck every year with the ESR protecters but this is disappointing.

I have an ESR on the way and am once again two minds as to whether to order the Torras. Arrghhhhh 🤣

I'm setting up my new black 15 Pro Max 512 GB today which got delivered from the Apple yesterday. I want to have a screen protector on it from the first day but won't be able to visit the store who has the Belkin protectors which they put on with a machine until later next week.

I have a 2-pack of Spigen Ez Fit for 14 Pro Max laying around, will it do the job protecting most of the screen of the 15 Pro Max until I get the Belkin one later next week? I can live with it not covering the screen 100%, some protection is better than none.

Catch 22. ESR has a smooth rounded edge but the coverage is short of the bezel and the black bars overlap onto the screen. Torras has better coverage but a straight edge that’s sharp. Pick your poison.

The spigens suck this year but if it’s only temporary, you should be fine.

Would you say it’s a design flaw with the ESR or perhaps putting it on with the screen illuminated with a bright image may help? Cheers

ESR says their screen protectors for IP15 have micro curved edges that adhere 100% to the contours of the curved screen edges.
But in reality it’s not true. I put it on my iPhone 15 Pro Max yesterday. The edges are not really curved. And it’s very uncomfortable when you swipe on the screen.
I will send it back to Amazon and ask a refund.

Definitely a design flaw. Not a fatal one but it looks like they were made to fit the old bezels and because the bezels are thinner now, the black borders cut off some of the screen. Not super noticeable but it’s definitely evident if you look for it.

The armorites edges are slightly curved. Not sure about the regular ones.

This is not an issue with the Torras protector though?

Folks, it looks like the iPhone 15 Pro/Pro Max will need different screen protectors which may be complicated by the slight curve at the edge, albeit it's not as pronounced as some of the leaks made it sound. So, as you're purchasing your new screen protectors post them here so we can compare notes and find the top performers.

So far, none of the top picks from last year (Torras, Tozo, Spigen) have posted products for the new Pro iPhones.
I am the screen protector guru in my family. I have a whole technique for installation - setup like an operating room - steamy bathroom. And I’m a nut case about getting a perfect installation - no dust particles and aligned perfectly. 😂😂. I also love a good protector that has long lasting oleophobic coating - pet peeve of mine when the smudges start to appear.

I’ve purchased so many different protectors from the 3 for $10 to the super expensive sapphire.

My overall favorite is the FloLab. They have great oleophobic coating which actually even feels better than the naked screen. The FloLab also has superior coverage. This year I was ecstatic as their new installation contraption is genius. Perfectly aligned and zero dust. Normally I can take up to 20 minutes or more futzing to get the perfect installation. This time less than 5 minutes for 2 phones.

Way to go FloLab!!!!

Hi, you sound as focussed as me when I’m in screen protector mode.

Where do you get this particular protector from?

Does it adhere to the edges well?

Cheers

See the link above. They are not cheap but oh so good. Really edge to edge with the black outline. I know some don’t like the black outline but I do. I think it helps the protector blend right in and look invisible. I’ve never had an issue with the edges lifting up.

That is brilliant. Thank you very much for your help.

any recommendation for tempered glass / screen protector?

Requirement:
- comes with self-help installation device
- no black border preferably (I have some OCD and hate to deal with uneven gap)
- good quality
- clear (no matte / privacy feature because those affect the colour of the screen)
- case friendly
