No , i didnt do any tests , but my own , since i have a cuople of my tests…..
I am wsiting for touch screen issue to resolve , and then , i will test it my way…..
I see some improvment , not by far from 15 pro max , but for now that is it.
I am a bit dissapointed , why the didnt put steel battery in pro max too , just in pro , but , it is what is …..

There was a sound, but not very loud.
Not to rush, to praise her, but there is progress. 20% more durable today than last Sunday. Then with the same usage by noon it was down to 35% and this evening it was 60%. The only difference is that then I had only charged it to 80%, and today to 100%. And by noon today it had dropped by 24%, and then by 45%.

yesterday before to sleep it have 39% and in the morning 32%.

Also remember the screen time active here is counting the hours from the previous night so the 8hr 32mim is not a true reflection of a full day.
I hope this thread turns into 'iPhone 16/Plus and Pro/Pro Max battery life' thread because it's good to get anecdotes on all 4 of the new models.
my 16pro battery life got worse after a few days, and wasn't great to begin with. better than 13mini that preceded it as one would not only hope but demand for a 2024 flagship, but lacking compared to stable 17.0 on my 14 pro max from memory. I returned it. I wasn't expecting to have to manage battery life on a brand new device that is relatively big and heavy. never got to try a 16pm nor wanted to necessarily. too big and expensive (for me)
I just got 16plus and it seems way better than my 14pm was and downright blows away my 16 pro in longevity
which I also would hope and expected considering that was a 2 year old device with 88% battery health. and yeah its big but its also light coming from SS on the pro max, and even titanium on the regular pro can't speak for 15pro regular never had that one...
so I felt like worth chancing it . even though 60hz in 2024 is not great at the prices they ask, the upside is battery life on this Plus model. It's got a pretty big battery for what its packing and driving. and probably already stated but low power mode + 60hz should be INSANE in the 16plus. because low power mode + pro motion device has always been way chunkier to me.

Today I’m test driving low power mode... Since I established yesterday I’m really happy with battery performance on normal mode - to see how far things can go.
Been off the charger since just after 9 am @ 100% and nearly 5.5 hours later listening to buncha YouTube and random things and light gps for about 10 or 15 minutes of navigation, and I’m at 82% still on my 16 plus. And I didn’t even flip LPM until about almost 10 am iirc, an hour after yanking it from the wall - would probably be at least a percent or a few up if not for that haha. And because YouTube is a drain I assume would be even higher if not for that
Suffice to say, this thing is an absolute beast.

How are you getting this amazing battery life. 16PM battery life is worse for me when compared to the 13PM.
At the end, I believe that not will be a fix for battery, ‘cause many people are very happy for battery life of 16( all models).

That’s 96 down to 81 mostly in your pocket or while using?
If the pocket something sounds off big time on paper there but idk
