Try calling Cami and Macline in advance, worth a go - they all speak English.
You could try Mobstar in Charleroi - it's a much poorer city than Brussels so maybe a chance of stock...
Otherwise from gare du Midi you can take the Metro to Louise then the tram down Chausee de Charleroi to Cami. Or stay on the Metro to Arts Loi (Kunst Wet in Dutch, yes I know, don't laugh - there's also a Wet Tunnel) then go to Rodebeek and/or Stockel.
But call them today and perhaps save yourself dissappointment. On the other hand Brussels is really a nice little city to spend the day
BTW, you can buy a day-card for that gives you unlimited travel on all busses, metros and train in the city limits.
