iPhone 3Gs - Italy and Belgium - unlocked?

Hmmm just got this email...

Dear customer,

I'm very sorry but at this time we do not have a specific date for when this item is coming into stock. An order has been placed with our suppliers however the shipment dates have been delayed and we cannot estimate a specific date as of yet but we are hoping within the week.

Once we've received the goods, we will dispatch immediately,

Thanks for your reply however I am a bit confused as when I phoned up I was told you are getting stock in the next 2 days so my order should be within that batch of phones.

Has something changed within the last hour when i called up?

That's a very nice car. Actually i have not ordered any car yet. i have few cars in mind, initially i was going for the Audi TT, but then few friends and relatives, discouraged me, so i am considering few other cars, although i haven't ditched the Audi idea, but maybe not tt.

We are hoping for stock within the next 2 days however due to the amount of pre-orders we have it cannot be guarenteed that the all order or pre-orders will be included within the first batch,

Yup which is good I don't mind waiting really but when there is little or no communication that is when I get worried.

Looks like it will be pot luck who and when gets their order processed so just have to keep waiting.

The Audi TT is a nice car specially the new shape.
 
For the guys that are in Belgium: any update on stock there?

Last year when the 3 g model was released, how long was it before there was a steady constant supply in the shops?

I called them today morning and they told me that they do not have any stock at all.

they already promised me 10 days ago that first batch will cover my order and till now they did not recieve the first batch yet :mad:

I am really angry!! I ordered almost 2 weeks ago and still did not recieve any update yet.

I know they are not cheaters but also I know that I have been promised to get my iphone max. within 2 weeks. This means after tomorrow I should get it.

I do not care of their problems with supplier, I care only of the replies we got from them.

I AM DISAPPOINTED.

Hopefully your order will be within the first batch which should be here this week

I called them and they stated that they should be getting 2 batches of phones this week, then they emailed me (I sent an email yesterday) stating this may not be the case that the first batch will be here within 2 days but SHOULD be here within this week.

Keep your hopes up Dream I am sure you iphone will be with you soon.

i think there were similar issues when the 3g hit the shops in belgium

mobistar have fist deliveries and the resellers had to take any that were left

which meant after launch they ran out .. but the were quickly restocked after a few weeks

i expect/hope to be told (i am on 2 waiting lists ) by the end of theis week maybe next week that new stock has arrived

a good pointer will be ebay :) when you see a flood of 32GB 3GS on the ebay.be form belgium you know new stock has arrived

currently even ebay has dried up on sales from belguim. ;)

when i find some in the stores i will post on the forum.. :)

In the subject you need to place "Reservation Vaart"
in the body of the e-mail you'll need to note the exact model you want to order,
and of course your complete contact detail.


You will be notified by e-mail as soon as the iPhone is in stock.

lol funny idea. I mailed personaldigital and they confirmed that iphone is available in the stock (next day delivery)

dunno what to do :confused:

ebay feedback is 100% positive :D

now I am really confused. I dont know if is it possible to cancel handtec order or not and if I did, then when I am supposed to get my money back.

What do u guys suggest? any idea?

Did anyone of u call them? calling is different than mailing lol

I called already today but I need feedback from any user here if he called them today.

$1550 AUS dollars is a lot of money
 
do not buy from ebay. buy it directly from their web site.

it is cheaper there.
