iPhone 3Gs - Italy and Belgium - unlocked?

Hopefully yeah that should mean I get my order by Friday or a nice £30 refund for the hassle :D

That has made me feel a bit better as I came so close to canceling my order earlier.

Has anyone here got the same sort of response?
 
I email handtec half an hour a go. I just received there response; they apologized and explained the reason for the delay more specifically:

"We have had a few problems with the suppliers as he had provided
details of dispatch.When we looked in to it further we found it not to be true.
We have good that now we have sourced the Iphones from a different supplier
who has confirmed that stock will land with us this week for definite"

This confirm your story dale, so lets see what happen.

abthegreat: One of my cousins ordered from an ebay guy from Australia and received his iphone 5 days ago. Not sure if the same guy (i will check) total cost with delivery: £670, not bad.

That is good news a49aa2 and at least it matches what I was told so all being good we should have our iphones by the end of this week.

I am guessing these could be sourced from Italy, Brussels or Hong Kong now?

When I get mine I will post where it came from :)

I really hope so :D I am guessing you will know where it is coming from, from the manual of the iphone?

Yup if its from Hong Kong even better as they use the same 3 pin plug as us, but I am sure it's easy to source a iphone charger off ebay or just get one from the local apple store.

Now where is my travel adapter!

It's surprising what one sh*tty email to handtec can accomplish lol, if they told the truth right at the start everyone would be a lot happier I think.

Well at least now its looking a lot more promising just a few more days!
 
going off subject, we must be mad spending 650 pounds for a phone! anymore and you will need to get your head examined. i wonder if theres an app for that.

LMAO!!!

I totally agree paying £650 for a phone is a bit mad but then likewise spending £540 on a locked one is mad too (self justifying my purchase!!)

Maybe we should start a new thread to find out who paid the most for an unlocked phone here?

LOL, and give an award to the biggest sucker. not sure if it will catch on.

i fell pretty stupid spending 650 for one.
