Has there been any movement on any orders NOT placed within a few minutes of midnight PST? I ordered around 3AM PST

iPhone 7 (PRODUCT)RED leather case just shipped with Australia's worst postal service...

Luckily it has tracking, so hopefully it comes before the iPhone on Friday (estimated delivery for the case 15/9-19/9).

Phone still processing :/

I apologize because I am sure this has been asked, but has anyone with the "two to three weeks" ship date and October 4-10th had theirs move off of processing yet? I ordered the 7+ 128GB Black. Thanks everyone!

i think that those orders will be in "Processing" for at least a couple of more weeks.

Thank you! The problem is that if those hubs aren't the sorting destination for the package, then requesting for it to be routed there will cause a delay just as if I requested that it be sent to a UPS store for pick up.i appreciate the suggestion, though.

Oh ok, gotcha. I'm going to do some research on the one on Exchange Dr. since it's a UPS Customer Center.

75% of those who took the poll above ordered some version of the Plus. Wow, no wonder the Plus inventory is so scarce. Lol
I'm guessing people are doing it for the dual camera? I remember there being a statistic on macrumors not too long ago saying only ⅓ of users were buying plus models.

Hopefully there's movement tomorrow.

I suspect it's more the case that Apple don't have as many pluses available. I definitely think that's the case for the jet blacks - most polls on more consumer driven sites (as opposed to Apple regulars) have the matte black in the most demand.

This would account for why Apple aren't releasing first weekend sales - they already know they don't have enough stock to lend a good impression for demand.

Meanwhile, my 7 (128gb, black) is preparing to ship. I'm in Australia and ordered within a minute or two of orders going live here.

Hmm. Geekbench is showing the iP7 faster than the iP7+ despite the memory bump.

I know the 6 & 6S were quicker than the Plus but I thought the extra memory would help it pull away.

I'm so conflicted on if I should keep my Plus order or get the 7. It's a 2 year choice.

Well that certainly does confirm the 3GB rumor.

it appears most people who ordered the 6+ liked the size and feature set enough to upgrade to the 7+, and many whom at first didn't want or like the Plus are warming to it. I'd bet the ratio of regular to + is closer to 60/40 now.

Less inventory for sure but I think the Plus is becoming more and more popular each cycle with it's richer feature set, and as people now have become a bit less intimidated by it's size. Like you, I ordered a Matte Black 7 (but a Plus model) that I ordered a few minutes before the online stores went live (order time was 11:58 pm pacific time). My shipping window is 9-23/9-30.

Why is it that I ordered the phone 15 min after the window (after finally letting me into the site) that the ship dates were 2-3 weeks. And if i place an order right now which is 3 days after preorders took place still have the same ship date range? It might be obvious but thought i should ask.

Not sure if this has been flagged yet, but my iPhone 7 Plus now shows up in my Apple Support Profile. I have a serial number!

In years past, I was able to input the serial number into a website that gave me manufacturing details, but no info comes up when I tried mine this time.

Mine showed up in my Support Profile a few minutes after ordering on Friday morning.

Does anyone know why there are iPhones coming from Korea? I've never seen that before. Is that where the Jet Black phones are coming from? (don't drag me, I've just never seen iPhones come from Korea before)

Every day, those dozens of huge UPS and FED-EX jumbo cargo jets coming from China are bring more and more inventory Stateside. The carriers then adjust the new purchase delivery windows on their online stores based on the newly updated inventory. Some will update those that have already purchased with new delivery dates but others (like AT&T) don't bother, instead just sending it earlier than originally quoting. That seems to be how it works.
