My order is supposed to arrive early October, but I've been reading this thread for days now and I'm getting so hyped for you guys getting the phone on launch day!
Even after receiving my phone on launch days I frequent this thread reading about other users getting their phones.
I have 2 orders, one for a 128gb silver plus and one for a 128gb gold 7. Both say delivery on the 16th but neither are showing on my support profile or in tracking. Hoping they're already in the states and are just waiting to have a label slapped on them. Anyone in the same boat? (Which in this case is no boat at all...)

I can give you at least one reason: billing address
Apple pulls the billing information from the carrier and makes it the shipping address for your new device. I assume this measure exists to prevent some sort of theft or fraud. I know for a fact that this is the case for AT&T but I do not know for sure if the policy is the same for the relationship between Apple and Verizon.
Whats strange is my billing phone number is (000) 000-0000... literally all zero's. I checked my order from last year on the 6s, and the 6 the previous year, and all are zero's. I used the Apple Store App to make all 3 purchases.
I just ordered a Leather Case from my Mac, and this actually lists my REAL phone number. Anyone know whats up with this? I am now tracking all zeros for my reference number to my zip code... Kind of a pain.

well right now there is one iP7 on my support profile but it doesn't say which one it is. is there a way to search for the package with the serial number?

Mine is 7+ 128 Jet black Verizon order #W55.... Took forever to complete this transaction because I had completed my spouse's transaction first. That phone will arrive this Friday, but it is not mine. I bet I will just unwrap the box, play with it and never give it back till October LOL. I do not care what my spouse thinks at this point!
Case solution from Amazon. Just received an email from Spigen. The tough armor jet black case mimics the finish on the jet black iPhone. I wanted that color phone but figured it was too long to wait. I asked spigen users if it was comparable to otterbox and got positive responses. Only downside not available until the 23rd. Ships prime at a great price. I had to get an interim case. Next up tempered glass screen protector. Still wondering if I will get my 7 128 matte black launch day. Hoping for the best as that's what it says. Can no longer cancel so maybe that's a good sign.
