My phone is stuck in Incheon since a 8:01 pm arrival scan on the 21st

Mine is in the same boat. I say boat because at this point our phones seem to be on the proverbial "slow boat from China". UPS needs to put an expediter on this set of phones which has languished for several days in Asia for no apparent reason. It's not like they haven't handled the exact same transaction millions of times. At this point I am not sure why a company whose motto used to be "we heart logistics" can't get a bundle of ostensibly identical items out of Asia. The race to the bottom of the pricing in the shipping business has one loser: us.

I'm in FL. I know there is no way for today, I'm sure the automated UPS phone thing is just reciting what was the last delivery date I had from UPS before it went to "We have no idea what we're doing nor when we'll get the phone to you". lol
I hear you. I'm just getting cynical, LOL.

So by the sounds of it the customer service rep said that the second departure from China was an Error. She said disregard it and just watch for the next scan.

Now I am pissed, how does it get from a sorting facility from Northbrook to Texas in 2 hours? What the hell? Stupid UPS, they couldn't even give me an exact date of delivery. It even misses the date Apple said it would be delivered. So pissed right now.

If we are to disregard that 2nd departure scan then I would think our phones should be on the flight to Anchorage. Not sure when that is supposed to depart but if it hasn't there's still a possibility of delivery tomorrow

Well this is good news I guess. Hopefully it has a departure scan soon for AK! One can hope.

The flight for KR to AK is delayed maybe we will get on it?

What's going on with the 9/21 8:01pm arrival in Korea? I was supposed to have my phone yesterday.
I have a scan in Korea after my phone arrived in Anchorage. UPS told that they make planned movement scans and actual location scans. Basically, we can't tell what's real and what's not.

So it looks like others are in my same boat, thought it was just me. Originally my phone was scheduled to be delivered yesterday, automated system says it's going to be delivered today. UPS.com shows a last scan of 8:01pm on 09/21 in Incheon, South Korea.

I'm leaving for the weekend tomorrow, I need my phone! :)

I've called both UPS and Apple, no one is taking responsibility for this. It's a bunch of crap.

At this point it's a UPS issue, not an apple issue. I'm assuming UPS made promises based of certain numbers, and those numbers have exceeded what they are capable of handling and are now overloaded. Not making excuses, just realize the presale has far exceeded all of their expectations, and apple is pumping out phones as fast as they can and getting them to UPS. I'm upset that they missed my promise date of the 21st, but at the end of the day, it's still a couple of weeks before my promised date of 10/4-10/10 so they're still ahead of schedule.

Went from 9/23 delivery date to Delivery date unknown  So frustrating.

Also, how did it go from China, to South Korea, then back to China??
