Almost makes me wonder if an order got "reassigned" and each time it shows arrived at the origin location it's a new phone being sent out for usWent from 9/23 delivery date to Delivery date unknownSo frustrating.
Also, how did it go from China, to South Korea, then back to China??
Can I get a "whoop whoop" from the Incheon 8:01 club?? Maybe if we make some noise UPS will wake up and ship those phones!
I have some other words in mind at this point, but yeah.

Don't expect it to be delivered even if it shows it's in the local facility, they may still mess things up.
I just filed a claim with UPS and started an investigation into finding my/all of the 9/22 8:01 Korea phones. She said the investigation could take up to 8 days... I understand a lot of you are okay with this because Apple shipped yours early. My original arrival date was by today.
My phone has been sitting in Incheon since 8:01 on 9/21 too. What the heck is going on? Originally it looked like it was going to arrive yesterday (9/21) then it sat in ZhengZhou for 2 days. Argh
I hear ya on that last bit lol. Mine was supposed to be here 20-22 but still sitting in Incheon with all of the other ones. Talk about hella disappointing hah.
My apple promise date is tomorrow which, if the plane actually left korea with my phone on it, would still be feasible. Opening up an investigation is pointless, imo.
Keep in mind that flightaware.com notes that not every part of the world isn't in its service area and that seems to include South Korea. Looks like they only have depart/arrival times via other sources. Per Google's own data that flight is on time to Anchorage.
Agreed, and same situation here. My original Apple date range was 10/4-10/10 (with an immediate preorder for the 7+ AT&T 128GB Black). Got the shipped notification with an estimate from Apple for 9/23 delivery. UPS then emailed with a 9/21 delivery, which they then changed to 9/22, and now changed to "unknown". Just spoke with Apple, and they still say 9/23 should be it (I think it's just the contracted timeline with UPS). I'd be fine if UPS had just kept their mouth shut the entire time

Is your phone actually in transit with a ship date of October 18-31 like mine? Did you order a 7+ 128gb? I'm just so confused!
Same here. Delayed same time. Sigh.
EDIT: Wonder if it had anything to do with that KR > AK flight disappearing.
