Wow, I didnt pay for extra shipping and our phones are on the same plane.
I did. Apple told me to follow the estimated arrival date on their website. So I asked what the point was for paying extra for the "upgraded" shipping. They told me to contact them after the phone arrives and they'll "investigate".
Get your money back! Either way iPhones directly from Apple are supposed to have "free" overnight. Hence everyone's ship the same.
Just asking but does the 2-3 business day shipping only apply once the phone is in the US and in the hands of UPS?
I like most have had it with apple and UPS sick of delay after delay . Apple needs to build inventory before launching new phones. Not participating in any more of apples iPhone games. I think one of the issue thats causing all the delays is Samsung shipped its replacement note 7's starting last week end . Which maxed system and delays. It's funny though many iPhone 7+'S are showing up in stock at Apple stores. While we wait for ours . I'm cancelling order with package intercept Apple can have their iPhone back before it gets to me .

Anyone else have this? Was originally supposed to be delivered today but since it at in china for about 3 days without movement I knew that wasnt possible but this morning it actually departed and said delivery friday but then I get home and check it and this is what it says now. Unbelievable!

My phone that had been at ZhengZhou for like 2.5 days finally departed ZhengZhou like half a day ago and hasn't updated past that. I assume it's going to Korea. Anyhow, I had a Friday delivery date, then Monday, now Unknown.
Hoping it's just scanning nonsense but who knows...

I agree it is pointless. Just letting UPS know how frustrated everyone is about this situation. Btw, I get more information from this thread than ups or Apple. If enough people complain they might take action to resolve this... Bottom line, Apple is shipping too many devices ahead of the planned date and UPS can't keep up.
Anybody see movement for iPhone with October 4-October 10 delivery window? Mine has been processing since I pre-ordered on September 9. (Black iPhone 7+ 32Ggb T-Mobile) I know I need to be patient but it's just so hard.

Cancel your order before you can't and reserve online for pickup at Apple Store . Don't put your self though the mess of waiting for ups to deliver.Wow and here I am stuck in processing

My sister paid for extra shipping, but she got refunded. She didn't have to contact them, we noticed it when checking her credit card account. She is currently part of the 8:01 crew

So it looks like others are in my same boat, thought it was just me. Originally my phone was scheduled to be delivered yesterday, automated system says it's going to be delivered today. UPS.com shows a last scan of 8:01pm on 09/21 in Incheon, South Korea.
I'm leaving for the weekend tomorrow, I need my phone!

For those trying to find out if it's shipped, if you did the Apple finance, check your credit card as they charged the tax on mine with no warning ( I literally thought it was fraud since is was called Apple Online Store and from Austin, until I remembered Apple does have a site there and I checked the amount) last Saturday, then I got a shipping notification on Monday.
