iPhone 7/7+ Apple.com Pre-Order Thread

I'm in the 801, and here I am trying to figure out how to reserve my phone for pickup tomorrow, but I had enrolled in the Apple upgrade program... decisions decisions.

I was tempted to buy one to use for now and sell it when my other phone comes in. It shouldn't be hard to unload it for what I paid for it.

My wife and my contract through Att is the next every year plan. I preordered our phones and bough jets is here today mine is going nowhere fast. Sitting in processing limbo for 13 and a half days now. No change. Even if I found one to pick up in store, can I? Or does the next program lock me into he phone I have on order? Ordered 2am launch day 9/9.
So frustrating. At this pint I'd be happy with a PFS! Lol. Feel like Apple should comp me a case like they did others but I don't see that happening.

There is more to the 801ers than meets the eye. It's not adding up. Been there for two days and today the flight just vanished.

Frankly I don't think we are in Korea at all. (Yes I'm a 801er)

I'm with you on this. I was told by UPS that my phone wasn't in Korea (after receiving an arrival scan, after I received an arrival scan in Anchorage). They told me it was a planned movement scan not an actual location scan. Then 801 mechanical failure in Korea.

Got my 7+ today in Jet Black 256GB and it's already scratched! Whatever. Still love it.

Well that was easy. Reserved a 256GB Black at NY 5th Ave store. Walked in and walked out in 25 minutes. Good luck all.

I did the same today. Originally pre ordered JB+ through ATT. Cancelled it once I saw the first scratch tests come out. Order MB+ through Apple with mid Oct ship date. This morning I found a MB+ 128GB available locally through IUP. Drove to the store, skipped the line and got checked out all within my lunch break!

Feel sorry for those who don't live near an Apple Store because that's clearly becoming the way to go (unless you're holding out for JB).

Just had an update, the flight was delayed due to severe weather leaving Korea,
Incheon, Korea, Republic of 09/23/2016 5:59 A.M. Severe weather conditions have delayed delivery.

No Idea why it couldn't get on the flight yesterday.... weather was fine then.

So annoying - monday at best now.

This excuse is laughable. Check the weather - it is perfect today. 0% chance of precipitation.

I was on the phone with UPS as the update occurred and told it was held up due to customs issues. Was told yesterday it missed the flight because the plane was full... They are just throwing out anything to try and silence people.

Isnt it painful? I know that I can walk 15 minutes from my job right now and get the phone that Ive been agonizing over. But its too late. I have AT&T Next and my phone thats in limbo is already in the system so Im no longer eligible for an upgrade. So If I were to go to an Apple store now and try to get a phone, I'd have to pay $800+.

I know the feeling and my next bill (In two weeks) will have my first next payment on it! I will not pay it until I have my phone in hand.

Haha wow just got the "Severe Weather conditions" update. This is such a mess and that is a terrible excuse. Apple and UPS you had ONE JOB. Done tracking the phone and getting my hopes up. When it gets here, it gets here. Never again will I pre order.. Awful exp. Goodluck everyone ! Peace
