I ordered paying full price and it went through Verizon and I'm being charged a $20 activation fee.
This was my first experience ordering on apple.com and signing up for their upgrade program. I guess it went as good as it could?
Site came up abt 2:10 for me. I purchased a 7 Plus matte black 32gb. Applied for the program, some things seemed to "time out" or "an error occurred" 2 or 3 times but when it was all said and done it says delivery Oct 4-10th. I tried using the iOS app but it never came online for me..
Is anyone still pre ordering these this morning and gettin oct 4-10 shipping? Could i have went to sleep last night and ordered this today and come out the same? Lol

I'm hoping mine is the same. If it doesn't improve by next Wednesday, I'm going to call Apple to cancel and just stop in to a store that day.
Mines still says profecessing for that same model and color coming next Friday
Also ive always had verizon or at&t, but does anyone know why you have to have a major wireless account with one of them to finance a phone with apple?
I mean if your credit is legit why does that matter, if the phone is "unlocked" and someone wanted to use like straight talk service or something you know? I guess those people have to pay full price for it on the spot?

Ordered Jett Black around 5am Central Time 128GB iPhone 7 for myself and shipping October 4th - October 10th. I'm ok with waiting.

We did the iPhone upgrade program so assuming next years iPhone is as big as the rumors are claiming, I will upgrade after 1 year.
I thought about waking up at midnight but i get up 4:30am for work already.

They generally release the carrier free/unlocked ones a few months from now... and I'm pretty sure the upgrade program was an option when doing this.
at 12:07am, i ordered the 256gb/Black 7+, i have a ship date of Sept 27-29th, but i got the email immediately, and i went straight to processing right after my order. Im Hoping the date gets pushed up since my processing speed was ahead of some who are set to get their phones on release day

Hey, if you are "switching" over to iPhone upgrade program, you can just do it online. It definitely wasn't communicated well though because when the program came out with the 6S, you HAD to go into the store. I was unsure of this so on Wednesday I called Apple and they said I couldn't pre order if I did the iPhone Program. Perhaps the lady meant if I was already on the plan? I'm not sure. But I was on AT&T NEXT and just finishing my last payment this month, I was able to pre order for myself and my wife using the iPhone upgrade program. I am just having the phones sent to my house because by the time I ordered, no appointments were available and frankly, I'd rather just have it shipped to me and set it up myself.
Now if you are part of the program already, I believe you have to go into a store to trade the phone in and get the new one but not exactly sure. I'd like to know the answer to that because most likely I'll upgrade next year to the iPhone since they plan on re-doing the whole phone.
see im preparing for shipment, these stupid idiots on the apple end didn't let me modify my address. It made me shinto the billing account for my cell phone carrier. Im paying full retail who cares where I ship the phone. The idiocy sometimes of people who do logistics..
Oh okay, so the one i ordered is locked to at&t? I mean i am a customer there and dont plan on leaving but i always heard when u buy them from apple they come unlocked? Thank you!

Lol same here! I've had my 6 Plus 2 years now and i wasnt even planning on upgrading, i love my phone! I just randomly decided yesterday evening to upgrade, probably because of all the hype! My ship date is in October, but like you said... At least i have my 6 Plus til then!
