I wouldn't mind so much if they were just upfront and gave an estimate time scale - I don't expect delivery tomorrow, but give me something!! Ordered a 7 Plus Jet Black 256GB at just after 8am via the Upgrades section of the EE website the day they went live, got email confirmation at 8.15am and my account debited at the weekend.

Don't they?I was told they don't send confirmation emails as a company. End of. And they could confirm the order over the phone for me. Again something the guy disagreed with me about as I said I should have and was told I would receive a confirmation.
I know. Just didn't want to argue with the guy as he was obviously making things up as he went along. As soon as I heard him talking to himself while trying to place an order on their site for my phone I knew this isn't going anywhereDon't they?
