Got one of these the other day. Impressed for sub $5 so ordered 5 more. On wish they're unbranded. When they show up they're this:

iPhone 7 Plus Screen Protector, Mothca 3D Curve Edge Tempered Glass Full Screen Coverage Edge to Edge HD Clear Screen Protector Film with Thin but Tough Piano Paint Finish Steel Alloy Frame (White) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01LET2CD...FVH2?tag=imore-20&ascsubtag=UUimUvbUpU2904440

http://www.mothca.com/index.php?m=content&c=index&a=lists&catid=8

Not a huge savings but good for the money. Easy to install. As cheap as they are when I get bored I can pull it off and move on and not be out $20-30 like a lot of these protectors are

So a little disappointed by the Zagg Glass+ Luxe. Already have a small scratch on the glass. Nothing of note has happened that would have caused it. Had Orzly on previously for months with no noticeable scratches.

Just curious about everybody's opinion on the Zagg Glass + vs. the Glass Plus Luxe? I got the Luxe and it actually had a fingerprint on it out of the box....didn't see it until I applied it. Zagg sent me a new one with free shipping so no biggie. The new one came in retail packaging, so I'm considering returning it to BB and getting something different. I just don't know what's out there that's better? I like that it covers 100% of the front of my phone, but I'm not sure about the frame. Not great to feel the edge of it. Will the regular Glass + provide the same protection? What else should I be looking at? Thanks in advance!

I took off my Orzly edge to edge 3D screen protector today. Just wanted to show everyone what was underneath (FYI, I had a case/bumper on it 100% of the time).

Oh, wow Not good to be rubbing on screen.

All the 3d and full edge to edge protectors would look like that if taken off. The dust wouldn't be rubbing on the screen because that's where the gaps are. That's how the dusts gets in there in the first place.

Also I just received the new 4d full cover glass protectors from aliexpress. Not the greatest of quality but very nice and thin and are made from all glass and not like those cheap 3d carbon fiber edge flooding ebay now. And for around $4 each, it's a great deal. I'll post some pics later when I get a chance.

Here are some pics of the new 4D glass I just got. Actually it looks very nice on the phone and the curved edges are more flush against the screen than the 3D ones.

I would just like to contribute to this thread by saying... anybody annoyed by the little bit of "gap" on the screen protectors that circle home button should try these. Had a small "intention" where home button was, using this makes one literally not be able to even remotely tell phone has glass on. Using it with my Tozo glass... see pics

And yes they 100% function with Touch ID

I don't have any before pictures sorry. I just appreciate this removed the little bump around home button. Sometimes it's the little things in life... and for ~$8 for two it made my day a little happy LOL

@kaikai830 do you have a link to what you purchased?

https://www.aliexpress.com/wholesal...&SearchText=4d+glass+screen+for+iphone+7+plus

Also make sure to pick epacket as shipping method. Usually only takes 7-14 days to the US instead of the 30 days with regular shipping.

I know you're happy with this screen protector that you bought for $5 but to me it looks so cheap with the plastic bezel and you can see the seam where the glass and the plastic meets. You should try the one that I just bought for $4. I think you'll be happier.;) Although it's not as flushed to the screen as the plastic ones that you have but it's all glass.

did you happen to see if their was adhesive around the home button and camera and speaker cut outs?

I don't think so...

That just took me to a search result... Do you know which particular one you purchased that you are happy with?

I know, I gave you that link because I want you to try a different seller than mine .I don't know if all of those seller got the glass from the same manufacturer or not but the ones I got the finish are not that great. Don't get me wrong, great for the $4 that I paid but it's not perfect. The curved edges are heated or glue together with the main piece and one of the glass they sent me doesn't look that good. I've included some pictures so you can see what I'm talking about.

Here is the seller that I got mine from.https://www.aliexpress.com/item/LEW...32782525154.html?spm=2114.13010608.0.0.OBy5Rd

I just recently purchased this 2 pack at Amazon & like them so far. I've had one on my sons iPhone 6 and one on my iPhone 7 for about two weeks combined with an Otterbox case and a Goat Case - so far so good.

I keep those on my wife's SE. Good product and good company.

The protectors have a lifetime warranty, by the way, so if you ever break the protector, send them an email and they'll send you more protectors.

Does the Zagg Glass Luxe let in dirt and debris through the sensor and earpiece holes?

Anyone have a picture of the back of the Luxe showing the adhesive?

You're wondering if dirt can get behind the black part, or wondering if it can get under the screen, or something else? Should be plenty of adhesive to prevent it from getting under the display area.

I came to the iPhone 7 from the Google Pixel. For the Pixel, we had similar options for full coverage screen protectors. The one I found to be best was the intelliARMOR intelliGLASS Pro:

I was hoping to go the same route for the iPhone 7, but intelliARMOR doesn't make a protector for the iPhone, for some reason. I ended up stopping by the ZAGG kiosk at the mall, immediately after purchasing the iPhone. The ZAGG employee was very helpful and highly recommended the glass+ Luxe. It was very pricey but I like that they not only installed it perfectly right on the spot, but they replace it for just $6 at any time for just about any reason, including just wanting another color. I found that to be a great selling point.

The one part that took some getting used to was the textured feel of the top and bottom edges that you can feel when swiping up for control center or down for notifications. However, it took me about a day to get used to it and now I don't even think about it. Very happy with this protector, overall.
