I do as well, I think that either A). 9/19 is a "placeholder" date for those of us who ordered early and we'll get it on launch or B). 9/19 is the actual date and the Jet Black is this years Rose Good and ALOT of people are going to be pissed when our orders get pushed to "backordered" status.....

Does UPS allow you to pick up from a facility? for the tmobile order I have my moms address and forgot to change it last night.
My Apple order (which I will probably cancel) ships the week of 9-23 but has the right address.
 
So I managed to snag a 128 7+ in Black, pretty stoked about it, but I am just transferring over to T Mobile for the first time and am a little confused about trading in my iPhone 6. It seems that since I am a new customer, I have to wait until I receive my new phone/number before I can start the trade in for my old phone, is this correct? The trade in screen asks for my T-Mobile phone number, which I obviously do not have as of yet.
 
Was told JOD can not be done tonight have to wait a week from a very rude rep. Calling back not and tweeting John Legere about this cluster F***

I'm not sure if UPS allows pick up from a facility but I think if you have an account with them online you can change the address of your order before it ships.
 
I'm too old and its to late for this crap. Every year the same thing. Some rep from india who can barely speak a lick of english, followed by a slow system and then a call disconnect. Not even worth the hassle anymore. Took the day off cause i knew id be up late for this headache and now probably won't even get the order in on time.

Yes they do, but they check your address on your ID, and it must match with the address on the package.

Got my call back and provided the CC information. Was told the EIP would be on its way shortly. Most people on here seemed to get it instantaneously. Hoping the order did actually go through since it hasn't appeared yet...

What does it mean if the jump button doesnt show anymore on mytmobile? Does that mean my order worked? Even though it froze at payment screen

You're not alone, finished my order at 12:15, no auth, EIP or confirmation. Nothing.

I'm a JoD customer, called 611, and they told me I had to go into store to pre-order or go in on the 16th if I wanted them, otherwise I would have to pay off my JoD contracts. Have DM'd the team on Twitter (they usually seem to be more on the ball than phone reps) as well as Art Lucero, so we'll see what happens.
 
She is saying there are issues with jump on demands because they are having that special and considering them trade ins.

Causing internal system issues.

45 minutes on the line with this rep. Hooting and yelling in the background, no progress but she says she keeps trying.

I really don't want to hang up at this point but we are both pretty upset that we aren't getting anywhere.

Of course there are JoD issues lol. Same damn thing happened last year. It's crazy to think they didn't figure this out with a year in between iPhone releases.

Basically if you're an iPhone JoDer, you've been bamboozled by TMO yet again. Hopefully they make it right somehow.

Just call again... rep was uninformed.
 
Got my 7+ black 128gb ETA Sep 19 - 26. Still on a forever hold to get my parents phones upgraded =/
 
So I just officially got my "Thank You For Your Order" email and it confirms I'm in the 9/19-9/26 bracket. At this rate I haven't been able to score an iPhone on the actual launch date since the 6 Plus.

Eh first world problems. Nothing to complain about
 
Looks like the website is working for new customers activating service. Just the mytmobile portion is totally down for existing customers trying to upgrade.
 
Funny because last year I wasn't a Jump or JOD customer. I was passed over because I bought my phones each and every one out right. I thought it wasn't fair Jump people were valued more than me. I'm a jod customer now and I still can't put an order in at the correct queue time/number I SHOULD be at lol. Still haven't placed the order due to system or whatever.
