With UPS it's just the name that has to match. If the address matches anyone with that address on their ID (ie family member) can also pick up.

yeah figured it was just the name. Thanks for the info. Hopefully I will be able to make the change, I assume i can only do this once the order ships.
 
Got my order confirmation email with an estimated ship date of 9/19-9/26. My rep told me it'd arrive on or before the 16th.

Been on the phone for an hour with the rep to do my JoD! lease jump. Got all the way to the end and system freeze and now he's trying different routes to do the jump. Another Tmo fail.
 
Just had my t-mobile rep hang up on me with a promise of a call back because they cant process orders right now... Seriously? if I don't get a call back in 1/2hr I am going to bed and trying at the store tomorrow when it opens. BTW I was trying to order a 128GB 7+ in Black.
 
Just scored a 128 gb in matte black - arriving 9/16!!!!

From what I was told the 9/19-9/26 bracket is nothing but a placeholder. I have that showing for both of my orders. Rep said that doesn't mean they won't be here at launch. Everything is just in backorder status on their system until shipping begins. We'll see. I'm worried the jet black I got will be delayed. Not so worried about the black one.
 
hour on the phone now. probably definitely not getting it in the original 9/19 window. we've come this far, not really worth hanging up now. just wanna go to sleep
 
Has anyone else been told that their order was entered in T-MO's "back up" system?

After we couldn't get it to go through, the rep used the older system to enter my order. Looking out for the email now. She reassured me that my order was taken care of. Praying that is true!!

Thanks. I figured that was the case. Now all I need to do is set the order to be picked up from a facility and I will be good.

I`ll probably cancel my apple.com order tomorrow.
 
wife's errored out but charged $1 anyway. JUMP upgrades are totally dead - they removed the upgrade button from the site. i'm done, fam. will try when i wake up for work.
