Same here, man I'm getting mad. At least the guy is nice. But don't understand the problem with jump on demand preorders. It worked fine last month when I preordered the Note 7.

Went through two reps so far and they have about 5 pages to complete to finalize a JOD upgrade but can't get passed page 1.

Finally got through to the upgrade page on the website only to see: "we're sorry but none of your lines are eligible for upgrade". Guess it's time to call it a night and just go to a store when they open.

I was told the same... over an hr ago to expect a call back from him in the next 30 mins.. never happened!
my rep told me 10 but I havent received anything either. I'm gonna wait 10 more min and try calling in again and if it doesnt work I'm heading to bed

Called in right at 12:01 PST and had no wait, super nice rep. Went to do JoD upgrade 7+ Silver 128, wasn't showing anything up front which we both new was wrong. Was going to try to push the order through, and would call me back in 15-20 minutes. Hour later, no call back. Called back, spoke with somebody else who again was super nice, stated that they aren't able to do any of the JoD orders until their system reboots at 8am PST. They are taking down everybody's info and calling people back at 8am PST, and confirmed that I would NOT lose my original place in line. Phew.

Just got this email after signing the EIP at 2:12 received the email at 2:47 maybe it was a sign, I asked for jet black, and my rep put in regular black lol. I was on the fence anyway.

Good luck to everyone, its about time something has gone right, the IPhone 6 launch was so bad for me lol.

Second rep just called back and said that her system still wont allow any orders so she will be calling me back 11 am eastern time and I will not lose my spot. I dont believe that but we will see. Damn you tmobile

Yeah the rep I'm with is nice.. but it's hard to understand him with that strong accent!

Amazing how TMO screws up iPhone pre-orders every.damn.year!!

I've been on the phone for almost an hour and a half trying to get a jump on demand order through. Now they are trying to put it through as a regular jump order...
