I've been on the phone with a very nice rep (we've been playing T-Mobile bingo) for about 90 mins now, Got to the very end of the order and the system crashed. Tried again due to the amount of calls nothing is going thru. T-Mobile should have anticipated it. (not the reps fault, was actually able to direct him to a pair of Jordan 1 lows he was looking fir). We are back to the point of the original error trying again.

I really, really hope that this is a mistake that can be fixed.

Yep, and the entire reason I switched from Jump to JoD was to avoid future down payments on similar priced phones when I upgrade. I'm also on the hook for paying all the taxes up front, something that I also thought didn't happen with JoD.

I actually prefer the original jump, I owe about $500 something for my iPhone, and that was completely paid off by Tmobile so I can get the iPhone 7+.

Anyone still on the phone with T-Mobile???? I'm on JoD and they said nothing is going through!!!!
I was on for an hour and a half, and my rep suggested putting the order through as a regular jump order. Once he did that it went through first try...

I suddenly have deja vu and anticipating a sleepless night to preorder an iPhone.

Got off the phone with 3rd rep and each said the same thing....."sorry but we can't process any Jump On Demand upgrades due to the system not responding. Please try again in a few hours".
BTW I was on the phone with the first rep just a few minutes after 3am EST.

I went from a 6s+ 128g to a 7+ 128g and had to pay $160ish, a 6s 64g to a 7 128g and had to pay $100. Three of my phones are 6s 16g to 7 32g and those all went through free. I have no idea what my credit card statement is going to look like but I'm a bit worried.

BTW, if my 14 year old son gets his 7 before I get my 7+ I'm gonna flip out... of course his sisters will kill him but that won't get me my iPhone lol.

Forgot to mention, I think jump on demand orders get priority. Last year for the 6s they botched it night of (like today) called back the next day to straighten it out, and still got it on launch day. Year prior for the 6 with just regular jump (this was prior to jump on demand) I just walked into a T-Mobile store at probably 1 pm and pre-ordered it and got it launch day.

I was told not first come first serve by T-FORCE REP!

Not bad... is that the trade-in promotion?

Yeah, something is really fishy here. You went from a cheaper phone to a more expensive phone and paid nothing, and a more expensive phone to a cheaper phone and had to pay a down payment. Weird...

Well that's unsettling. Still no evidence of my order anywhere, called CS back, she doesn't have the order either. She said everything is very slowly churning through the system, and to hold tight for 24hrs.

Sigh. I've preordered at midnight every year since 2012 with no issues until this year. This is the first time I've been with T-Mobile and it's been horrible. We went through the process and she was close to completing the order until I asked about the trade in and she said she had to start over. Couldn't get through the system. Spent an hour on the phone. The call dropped and she immediately called me back. She put me back on hold and the call dropped again and that was over 10 minutes ago. I don't think she's calling me back...

Im literally beyond exhausted. Worked 5pm-2am called in at 259 got thru asap. And STILL haven't gotten to the end of the order due to the system for the JOD. He's refreshing, rebooted once, keeps putting me on hold. This is worst than even the first tmo preorder for me years ago.
