I give up, I'm going to sleep and try my luck at a T-Mobile store. I'm beyond mad and definitely will be looking into other carriers as this has left a sour taste in my mouth.
Agreed. Definitely thinking about switching if this is how it's going to be whenever the iPhone comes out.

I think the issue seems to be with JOD. Maybe I asked for an upgrade and that's why the pre-order went quickly (I have no idea)

I haven't received any email concerning order confirmation. I received my EIP emails though so we will see. If it is first batch I may be impressed. If not I will not be surprised. Time to preorder a case

I don't know how the reps stay so cheerful when they're working for such a screwy company. I've heard "definitely" and "absolutely" so many times I'm starting to lose consciousness. No wait that's not why I'm passing out. I'm passing out because it took an hour and 12 minutes to halfway process an order that SHOULD have taken no more than 10 minutes online to complete if only they'd let JoD customers upgrade their own phones online...

two hours on the phone. hung up. gonna switch to another carrier ASAP if that's how it's gonna be

I took the time to stay on the phone with the rep until 2AM, And she still says its down and not working at all! You can't beef these systems up anticipating something like this!!??? I could have told you that one!!

The rep I spoke with asked me if I tried the site and I said the site wasn't working and she proceeds to tell me the site is down and their systems are down. If you knew the site was down, why would you suggest it to me....?

Weird, the rep said I should get my phone shipped by the 16th and my t-mobile says 9/19 - 9/26

I wonder if it is possible that the t-mobile app is setting that as a default date to process orders

Wow, so after trying to do the preorder on the TMobile website for the first 15 minutes, I called and spent about 1.5 hours on the phone with an Italian guy. He put me on hold several times, and then the call got disconnected! I re-called and got a gal in the Philippines, and she was able to place the order pretty quickly. Whole process took me 2 hours. I ordered the 7 Black 256gb, and I see the order confirmation when I log on. I asked for the $20 "upgrade support fee" to be waived, but she said she already submitted the order, so she just gave me an invoice credit of $20.

Estimated to Ship 09/15/2016 - 09/16/2016

Jump On Demand upgrades are no doubt an issue. Reps are trying to get orders through with no success now. I guess a few squeezed through closer to 12am CST.

Same here. T-mobile is really dropping the ball with this. I don't understand why we can't do this directly through Apple Store app. Makes no sense with how they chose to implement.

Oh yeah, I'm still on hold since the pre-order started....

Over 2 hrs and I just keep being told the system is slow. Well, I have to work, today. So, I'll try later. Good luck to those willing to hang in there!

(FYI-I'm jod)

My rep finally had to say he cant do the order now and has to call me back 6pm to put the order thru. assures me i have the same queue number as if I placed it back when I called originally but I'm literally over this company. EVERY damn release and its a hot mess.

It should be if your jumping from the same size phone there should be no down payment. Don't make sense if switching fro a 128gb to a 128gb you gotta give a down payment but if you go from a 32 to 128 your paying same. Should be some tired trade in. Looks like just going to go down to the 32 for no DP.

That's how I thought it was supposed to work. And since Apple doubled the storage on all the tiers I thought I should be able to walk in with my 128g 6s and walk out with a 256g even steven, no upfront money and same monthly payment. I guess I don't understand JUMP at all. The rep told me I couldn't pre-order online because I still have $150 on the 6S. So with all this, what was the advantage of JUMP again??? I'm wondering if I shouldn't just pay off the 6S and change to Apple's plan that's easier to understand.

Welp I'm completely screwed. Spent 2 hours on the phone only to be told that they can't place an order at all until my replacement Samsung comes in, WHICH IS SATURDAY. Because "the IMEIs won't match." I USED TO SELL PHONES FOR A MAJOR RETAILER. The techs can deal with that sh*t! Everything they say can't be done, CAN! She said she could place the order but it won't "work" and I'd be charged a $400 out of warranty fee. I said, "so you CAN order it but you WON'T?"... "oh I didn't mean to sound like that..." F YOU LADY. I said I hope you sell a lot of iPhones because your systems are an absolute disaster. I'm so furious right now and its 5 in the freakin morning.

I am hopeful my ship date is 9/15 per the representative but no order confirmation. The T-mobile app has me down 9/19-26 so I hope it is sooner

Rep said she'll call me back in an hour and I gave her the specifics of what phone I wanted. So now I have to stay up until 5 am, ridiculous.

Don't hold your breath. I was told by the first rep.. 15 minute callback... I waited an HOUR and then called again for a new rep. I STILL DON'T HAVE AN ORDER. I just lost like 4 hours of sleep FOR NOTHING.

Mine finally went through, ughhhh. I'm on JOD and order wouldn't go through so I told the rep about doing a jump upgrade like someone else on this board mentioned. At first he was saying its was not good because I would probably have to eips but I let him know I recently bought the phone I have now because of the Note 7 exploding fiasco and could return it by the 16 which is the release date. Once he did that everything went right through. Only problem is that I'm now on Jump 2 instead of JOD. Ughhh. But it's done now.

I'll probably even be able to return my current one without a restocking fee because it's a LG V10 that has an known issue where if your on Voice over LTE the phone won't ring or connect.

I guess some of us will be waiting 2 months for our phones despite being one of the first to call and no progress happening.

Same here. I'm still waiting for a callback because the system went down when she was taking my order
