That's weird, I already signed the EIP through checkout and they emailed my signed copy.
 
No Jump on Demand is no down payment required. You are pay for the privilege of having more storage. Trust me it's better that way. With the Note 7 they let me preorder with no down payment and my monthly was going to be 42 a Month.

Thanks for the explanation. Also regarding the EIPs, they need to make those sign-able via docusign or via mobile device. This is 2016, not 1996. Again, ordering via phone is just painful. T-mobile needs to get their online order system working with Apple so we can just order using Apple's system that can actually handle the load. It would also cut costs/open up customer care for actual customer care.

Totally agree. What's the use of the Apple pencil or the Note Pen. Hell we can use our fingers. Lol. Yeah T-MOBILE needs to get Apple and Best Buy back on board that would have took alot of the load off them. My rep said at one point there was 10000 calls in que. Plus imagine all the JOD callers that were on hold for hours holding up lines. What do they expect when they are the only ones we can go to for a phone.

Really hope my order went through, still no confirmation or update in my account profile online. I received the EIP confirmation agreement with an order number and also just received this text message.

Has anyone else received this as of yet?

As of 6am the servers seem to be coming back online and JOD orders were being processed.
Mine went through at 6:30am.
I think part of my success was I had a rep based in Charleston, SC.

Well, that's irony right there. I'm gonna give it another hour and if my EIPs don't show up I'll call back and begin the insanity again.
 
I called at 3am EST and was the first person to speak with my rep. Was on the phone for about 70 minutes when she said she would keep working on pushing it through. Still nothing. Got this text from T-Mobile. Not sure if I got my phones or not and at this point, whatever. Rep was very nice and up beat though, so definitely not her fault. We'll see if I actually get a call back as its been three hours now...

My EIP's came within minutes of providing my credit card info to the rep.

We all should be able to Jump 3 times per year at no additional cost unless you upgrade phone storage.

What should not happen is a renewal of your JOD contract for another 18 months or an increased monthly lease payment just because you upgraded.

Royally annoyed at T-mobile. I was on the line with a rep at 3:01am. Immediately she experienced computer issues and called me back 25 minutes later to enter my credit card information and placed the order. As of 6:45, finally received the EIP (3 hours later) only to find that the estimated ship date of the Jet Black 7+ 128gb is set for end of October. Since I was on the line with someone at 3am not the dot, this is aggravating to no end. I like many others will be punished for T-mobile's system error.

Edit: Not only that, but I'm also being charged Upgrade fees despite being a Jump! member...
 
Ended up contacting the office of the president and got a call back from them just now. He placed both my JOD orders without a problem and I got the EIP email a minute later. Signed it and sent it away.

Easiest preorder ever. Called 611 right at 3am got right through and ordered my 7 Plus in less that 10 minutes. By 3:20 my EIP had arrived and was signed.

I've had every iPhone and this has by far been the easiest preorder

Yeah if JOD customers weren't getting screwed everyone probably would have been praising them I actually had a really good CS Rep. It was just the dam system. Now they are saying JOD is working but I already ordered on Jump 2 and should ship between 9/19 and 9/26 if I order now it will be after 9/29 or more depending on when my order goes through. Black plus 128 GB here.
 
My order was completed at 12:06 and my ship date still says shipping estimated 9-19 so it must be wrong because i was one of the first
 
Speaking of getting screwed... Five of my orders have disappeared into the ether according to the rep I'm talking to now. So I'm having to replace them... Launch day is gonna be pretty ugly at my house.

Unfortunately the 7 plus matte black 32gb won't ship until the 27th. She said i could just walk up to the store on the 16th and if they have it, cancel my phone order before it ships. Nice to have an insurance policy.

My JOD 32gb black plus will cost $33.26 per month. I had no down payments.

Just saw the possibility of getting it sooner by going to the store. I may try that?
