Speaking of getting screwed... Five of my orders have disappeared into the ether according to the rep I'm talking to now. So I'm having to replace them... Launch day is gonna be pretty ugly at my house.
Holy Cow!
That is horrible.
So my guess is they did not give you order confirmation numbers when you finished the order hours ago?

i got up at 250 and sat on the phone on hold till about 315. during that time i ordered my black SS link watch with no issues and finally gave up waiting on tmobile. If I really want a 7 I will do like every year and go to my little hidden tmobile in the mall and pick up the exact phone i want on launch day with no to minimal lines. I hung up at 315 and went back to bed lol. Cant wait for my watch!

Called @ 2:01AM CST, order finalized @ 2:26am with a confirmation code via text. Have not received anything to e-sign or an actual order confirmation, there's also nothing in my account history for this..... it's now 6:34am, 4 hours later.

That's odd. Make sure you check your spam folder. I got an E-sign document immediately, no text yet.

How do in store pre orders work? You would get from stock delivered or they mail it to you?

You're talking about JOD orders, right?
Yes, but actually, I've had so many screwups with trying to order over the phone that have been resolved in store that I'm at the point now where I will just have my sales rep at the store handle ordering things for me. Everything seems to go a lot smoother that way.

I am a JoD and I just preordered online the moment I woke up after failing last night.

Got an order confirmation and my EIP was signed electronically right online.

I hope this doesn't mean my JoD is gone.

Other than that lets see.

My phone is ordered but I still need to rant. Seriously why are the dates already slipping. For the Plus models. It's been the same for the past three years. The Plus gets sold out and all they have is the regular. You would think they would make more Pluses. Also how does T-Mobile run out so fast anyway? I could see At&t or Verizon they have to supply their store, and stores like Bestbuy, Target, Walmart etc. Where is T-Mobiles inventory going. Geesh

After being up since 3am ET, finally managed to complete my Jump on Demand upgrade via phone rep an hour ago. I had to call 6 different times since system for JOD was down.

Anyway I got the Jet Black 7 Plus 128GB. Ship date is unfortunately now 10/25 - 11/11. Rep says they're backordered by default so they might ship sooner. I hope so! Glad this saga is done. This is probably my last year with T-Mobile. This JOD process is a disaster. And so are their systems.

Mine came in within 1 minute. Check your spam folder just in case?

Yeah they can. Just call them and ask them to re-send the document. The rep himself asked me to open my email while on the phone to ensure I got it. Then he said let me know within a minute if you don't and I can keep resending it.

tried to place in order after pre orders opened and failed, just got a call back at 4:30 am was on the phone a 1/2 hr and failed again at the last step... I'm seriously done! Starting to consider other options like switch carriers! Lost a ton of sleep and now I'm wide awake and have to go drop my brother off at the airport soon.

Tried ordering at 12:01 PT, site/system locked and wasted an hour.

Tried 1/2 hour ago, no issues at all ordering online after logging into my acct.

Question: for those of you trading in an iPhone 6, did it show the value as only $165 instead of $650? I'm still not clear of the trade process, but definitely want those (net) $650 in bill credits!

I got one line to JoD but can't get the other one. Reps say they get to the final screen and they can't get it to go through. Tried different credit cards... nothing

Frustrating! I want to go to bed.

Woke up at midnight and tried to Jump online (old jump that allows you to upgrade twice a year) as I have in the past. All of the sudden the jump upgrade button was missing from the site. Called TMO and was told couldn't do a jump on the phone as their system was down. They called back every couple hours throughout the night to let me know system was still down.

Just woke up and went online and was able to upgrade both me (32gb 7+ silver) and wife (128gb 7 gold) with no issues at all, and signed eip as part of checkout process. Got email for both and account says in process estimated shipping 9/15-9/16 (I know least popular colors).

Happy with the end result, but yet again what a mess.

If I had known I could have woken up first thing this morning, jump online and order I wouldn't have sat on hold for an hour and a half last night!

Shipping dates have slipped a little but I am ok with a week later or so and hopefully it moves up.

7+ 32gb black

SHIP DATE 09/27/2016 - 10/10/2016

Just messaged you with the info
Can you msg the info as well please?

I read that you came into contact with the president of T-Mobile? How can I contact him? I spoke to 5 reps about going from the original jump plan to jod and they all said I would not have to pay any up front costs. Turns out they want $250 up front for the 7 Plus 256gb model. Ugh!

Hopefully this is my final status update for those of you still following the saga of trying to upgrade six JoD lines with tmobile over the phone. NOW I'm paying a total of $620 to upgrade my lines instead of the $300 that I THOUGHT I paid earlier. Five of the lines show ship dates of 9/15. The sixth (which happens to be mine) is a 7plus which shows a ship date of 9/27-10/10. WOOHOO! Thanks tmobile! I'm fairly confident that if my original order (which took an hour and 12 minutes) had been a REAL order I would have managed to get in early enough to get my iPhone on launch day. I think an email to someone in charge at tmobile is now in order, praising their customer service reps and condemning their awful ordering system.
