Carrier iPhone 7/7+ T-Mobile Pre-Order Thread

Anyone remember last year?
I ordered at like 8 AM EDT, and site kept saying will ship 9/28 - 10/2 or something like that.
It arrived on the 25th, and T-Mo's site still showed a shipping date of 9/28 - 10/2....so I put zero credence in what their site says.
Course this year my confirm is dated 12:09 AM PST, which means I'll get in November.

Ordered the the Black and Jet Black phones at 12:02 AM (Pacific) on the phone. When the lady tried to process the 3rd order for the Rose Gold, her system took a dump. Took a nap, woke up at 3:30am (Pacific) and was able to get the Rose Gold ordered. All phones have the 9/19-9/26 ship quote.... but I am 99.999999999% sure it is just a placeholder and I am good for launch day. I believe it was the same way last year.
I would call so you can feel better about it and make sure it was sent to the right email
Actually I have had a phone on JOD and on an Eip. When I changed my plan to JOD I still owed money on my previous phone so I just kept paying and eventually paid it off.I guess we will see! I wouldn't expect them to be able to have 2 phones on the same phone line if it wasn't upgradeable.
I received a new cost for each month for my plan and it's the exact same since my price was the same as the new phone.
I am not calling their asses today that's for sure. Maybe a chat, maaaaaybe

During the order process, I told the rep that I would be doing the iPhone 6 trade in. However, I have not received any info on an EIP; do you all know if it's possible to just prepay the phone now and receive monthly credits for 24 months (for the trade in)? I'd much rather do that.

Check your spam folder. I got mine within 15 mins of ordering... Google delivered 2 to my inbox, but 1 to my spam folder.
Got JOD upgrade to process. Unfortunately, the guy hung up on me before the second could go through. Hasn't called me back yet.
Was supposed to get a call at 8am PST to finally push through my JOD upgrade order, but woke up to a email at 4am with my EIP with the correct device (7+ 128 silver), signed it immediately. Then in a few minutes got my order confirmation and it shoes overnight and delivery 9/19 - 9/26 like everybody else. Score!
Mine is exactly the same. The shipping dats is just an estimate. We should get them on the 16th.
My experience with shipping is that they usually beat the delivery date by a few days if yours is passed release day.
Consider the shipping dates as estimates.
Don't forget that Apple can adjust inventory logistics based on demand. They have booked cargo planes months out and can route inventory where needed. They can get product to the US from China in a day and distro begins within hours of touch down. 1- 3 days after the plane lands the product is out for delivery in your area.

#1. Email with link to sign your EIP.
#2. Confirmation and copy of signed EIP
#3. Order confirmation with ship dates and order numbers to check status at http://my.tmobile.com
#4. Reminder to turn in old device to T-Mobile retail store by 10/9/16
I hope because my Apple order says 23-27 and I know apple is pretty legit with their logistics so I'm going to feel sour if I cancel and get screwed lol.
I'm going to go ahead and cancel my Apple order.
