Finally got my purchase in at 7:35am....
At 12:04am I reached the final payment screen on Tmobiles site. Only issue was it errored out when I hit the final submit button.

I still received an email with my EIP agreement and an order number although no order was showing up under my account. Finally I called in this morning and the lady said she sees I tried to make an order but it didn't go through so she transferred me to someone who can place an order. (I thought great, i'm screwed). Was on hold for 50 min, finally said screw it, went back online and was able to place an order finally, a slow one but at least it went through this time.

Surprisingly my ETA says 9/15 to 9/16.

So my TMO order saga:
Called them at 12:02 got in right away no problems. Talked tot he rep to get my order placed. She said their systems were freezing and would not my order go through. She tried multiple times. She said she would reboot her system and call me right back. She called 30 minutes later but still the same issue. She said she would call me back again and she did 2 hours later. Now I have been up most of the night by this time as it is 3:30 She call me and assures me my order will be processed and i will receive and email for the EIP and a text from her in a few minutes.
Then nothing....until i called back this morning and was able to get an order placed. Now my estimated ship date is 9/27 to 10/10
I might try a TMO store next Friday to get the iPhone 7 Plus 128GB matte black and cancel my order if I can get one locally.
At least your ETA is this month. Mine's not until end of October through November.

Hi, im from mexico. I bought t bmobile. could anyone tell me if its gonna work in mexico without problems? i paid full price but im not sure i saw a post from this page that the iphone its gonna be locked. but im afraid because in last iphones you was able to buy a tmobile full price iphone and use it without problems

I'm STILL not able to get my JoD upgrade order through. I called in at 3AM and the systems were down, and now I'm on the phone with a T-Force rep and the order keeps failing. This is such a mess, I've never had so much trouble pre-ordering before.

Why do you have to buy one now? Just get it for Christmas. The Airpods don't even come until October. What kind of experience is that?

Although I waited from 3AM to 5AM (Florida) to preorder my 7+ and didn't get an order number when I got off the phone, I just received a call from Daniel (My rep) to tell me that the order was successfully placed and gave me an order number. He also assured me that I'd receive my phone by 9/16.

Still waiting for my EIP email but he said to give it at least 2 hours because he had just gotten the order in.

Hope this helps to relieve anyone's anxiety or stress if you're in the same boat as I was.

Maybe it's the region your in. I'm just reading about all these people who called between 3-3:10am and had problems similar to last year (long wait times, freezing systems, contradictory information regarding JOD upgrades) and people who called 10-15 minutes early who had smooth transactions...

I called at 2:45am CST. A rep answered immediately and I was able to place an order for two devices. Rose Gold 7 128 shipping on release date. Jet Black 7+ 256 is a couple weeks delayed. My biggest problem was the rep was not explaining the "zero cost" properly. TMo claims to be different, but they are still being a little sneaky. They are giving a regular trade in on iPhone 6s, then a bulk bill credit of $250'ish, which leaves a balance of $27/mth, of which they give you an additional $16/mth bill credit, so you still have a monthly bill of $11. The $250 bill credit is what is supposed to pay for that addition $11/mth, but if you are on easy pay, you basically won't have a bill until that $250 is used up. Once it's used up, you still have $11/mth to pay off, plus the remainder of the EIP. Sure, overall it turns out to be ZERO, if you continue making your normal payment even when there is a credit, but that is a pain in the arse to keep up with. Also, you cannot walk into your TMo store and tell them to apply that $250 credit to your EIP so that it goes straight to the phone. I love Tmobile and this is still an awesome deal they are providing. But the advertising is very misleading. It took me an hour to explain to the supervisor that what she was telling me did not match the online advertising. I told her.... your site says $0.00.... that should mean ZERO. She finally said "O, I see what you're saying and why you're confused by what we told you". Yeah, no shiz!

This morning at 12:03 while I was placing my preorder over the phone the system crashed. 45 minutes later I was told I'd get a call back in the next 72 hours to complete the order. :(

During the order process, I told the rep that I would be doing the iPhone 6 trade in. However, I have not received any info on an EIP; do you all know if it's possible to just prepay the phone now and receive monthly credits for 24 months (for the trade in)? I'd much rather do that.

No, you have to do it all at one time.

I ordered an iPhone7 32gb Black at 12:30 and everything went smooth. Got no confirmation or EIP as of this morning so I called back. Looks like my order didn't go through.

The lady placed a new order for me and said I should be expecting a text/email confirmation soon + the EIP. Confirmed shipping date of 9/15-9/16. Hoping for the best!

I have a $1 hold on my card, but still haven't received an order confirmation or EIP email...
