You do have two phones on one line now, one EIP and one JoD. Call them to fix this ASAP.

That is what another member said here.

Not sure how that is possible but I guess my other order is screwed and will have to start all over again.

This is fun!!

Can those that signed the EIP, and got an email with the order # go into My-Tmobile and dig the order up? I haven't been able to do this.

Huh. Our 2 orders show up on line but state shipping is through the USPS. I certainly hope not. Supposed to be "free" overnight.
Mine says the same

I got my order in online after 2 hours of holding on the phone. So got it in around 4:10am CST. I couldn't get my trade in started then. After about 30 min of more errors I just quit and figured I would handle it in the morning. Now i have my trade in but got another error says it went thru but there is now RMA# and all the stuff to print is just blank. I have a feeling getting this trade in deal to work is going to be a pain in the butt. On my status online it shows no trade in, so assuming it didn't really go thru. I guess at this point I should be happy I got a order in at all. But sure wish the trade in process was clearer. I am going to call in a few days when all this crap dies down.

Yes, I can. it sounds like your order may not have fully gone through. I'd give T-Mobile a call.

You can only have one EIP on your line; JoD is not an EIP. T-Mobile will let you have multiple phones on one line because a lot of people use several phones on the same number.

To upgrade with JoD, you need to wait until you see a JoD button, not an Upgrade button.

This is funny...I got the 10/9 email too but my ship date is in 10/26-11 something lol

Same here, I just tweeted and DM'd them to see what's up with that? I can't return my device by 10/9 as mine ships by 10/26 at the earliest. I don't imagine they expect us to be phone-less while we wait lol

Sorry but USPS delivery is a total fail in LA. Poor tracking and they just leave your package every where. If you not there to sign it, there is a long line at the post office with poor customer service and working hours.

I understand its not your fault. Just want to wish you luck.

How long does it take to get the EIP agreement email? I placed my order about an hour ago and haven't received it yet, but the order shows up on MyTMobile under the Jump! On Demand leasing page.

ordered JoD 128 glossy black 7plus @520 CST. quickly got signature email. Estimated delivery is 10-25 to 11-11. was talking to supervisor while placing order who was there on phones to help launch. he mentioned the JoD ordering system had been a nightmare and constantly crashing entire time; he sounded excited my order appeared to go through for the first time that morning.

Quick question for people who traded in a iphone for the 128gb 7+. What was your up front cost? I am calculating tax+ $20 upgrade fee+ $100 for the upgrade to the 128gb to be around $195 but talked to a rep in store and said $150 upfront for the 128gb plus tax and upgrade fee for a total of $244 upfront. Also your $120 for the 7+ will be divided into your 24 months eip plan.

I guess I'm the only one that prefers USPS lol... UPS just throws the package out in the open and doesn't even knock on my door.... USPS on the other hand, I've made friends with our delivery guy and he always makes sure my packages are in my hand before he leaves.

Mine said the same. Does it require a signature?

I've personally never waited to find out and always have mine held at a UPS sort facility and pick it up on the way home from work. I have however read others saying that UPS drops it off with out signature.

I live in a quiet street, however we have mailbox thieves that just take anything in your box. USPS would throw the phone in my mailbox, and it could potentially get stolen. At least with UPS I can have it help @ a sorting center and pick it up on my terms.

I guess every location is different.

Sweet Fancy Moses I can't believe this... They've managed to put the wrong city down for every single order I made. They've got the zip code right so I'm pinning my hopes on that. Bill to, Ship to, both wrong six times over. This would be funny if it weren't so freaking unfunny.
