They're trying to discourage people from Jump on Demand.I don't know when Tmo started this because I didn't upgrade last year but when i got my 6 Plus it was $99 down for the 64gb amd $199 for the 128gb
Now its $150 down for the 128gb and $250 for the 256gb
Why is Tmo charging an extra $50?
Same thing happened to me. Not a big deal, but I'm bummed that getting up in the middle of the night was pointless.So my order never went through. I had to contact T-Mobile again (Dm on twitter) and they finally reached back out to me at Noon EST. Ordered both phones. My wife's should be here next friday (32gb rose gold 7) but mine not estimated until Oct... (Black 7 Plus 32gb). 9 Hours later it is ordered, although I can't say I'm pleased with how this launch was handled...

That $1 hold is mean they run your card for authorization, and that's happen when you place the order.Did everyone get a 1$ hold after your order? I didn't.. thanks
You can only have one EIP on your line; JoD is not an EIP. T-Mobile will let you have multiple phones on one line because a lot of people use several phones on the same number.
To upgrade with JoD, you need to wait until you see a JoD button, not an Upgrade button.

I'm in the exact same situation, ordered right at midnight, same configuration as you.I called T-Mobile at exactly 3 AM EST when pre-orders began and didn't have to wait on hold at all, phone was ordered nice and smoothly. 7 Plus, Black, 128GB. However, my estimated shipping date is 09/19-09/26. Wtf? I had to have been one of the first people to order! Lol
