I don't know when Tmo started this because I didn't upgrade last year but when i got my 6 Plus it was $99 down for the 64gb amd $199 for the 128gb

Now its $150 down for the 128gb and $250 for the 256gb

Why is Tmo charging an extra $50?

Just spoke to someone via Facebook chat (which took about an hour). They've confirmed my order was put through, so I *assume* it's not stuck in draft mode like others' are?

I'm still waiting an order confirmation + EIP signing email

I decided not to upgrade from my 6S Plus to the 7 Plus. I'm kind of glad I decided this. I couldn't do this every year. I feel for all of you going this process of waiting on the EIP to sign and whether or not you'll get the phone next Friday. Good luck to everyone!

just sat on the phone for 40 minutes using the provided JOD number listed on the site. when I finally got a person she told me that I was on the wrong number and I had to go to the back of the upgrade line....

So my order never went through. I had to contact T-Mobile again (Dm on twitter) and they finally reached back out to me at Noon EST. Ordered both phones. My wife's should be here next friday (32gb rose gold 7) but mine not estimated until Oct... (Black 7 Plus 32gb). 9 Hours later it is ordered, although I can't say I'm pleased with how this launch was handled...

Same thing happened to me. Not a big deal, but I'm bummed that getting up in the middle of the night was pointless.

I finished my order at 12:15 this morning, I still have no email, no text, no EIP, no auth, no record of my order anywhere. Anyone else?

You can only have one EIP on your line; JoD is not an EIP. T-Mobile will let you have multiple phones on one line because a lot of people use several phones on the same number.

To upgrade with JoD, you need to wait until you see a JoD button, not an Upgrade button.

At this point since no one can get through and my order is in, I will just let it play out.

When the phone gets here I will return my other phone and straighten it out at that point seems the best way to handle or give it another call back in a day or 2 since they are so inundated.

That $1 hold is mean they run your card for authorization, and that's happen when you place the order.

I don't have any holds on my card...

SIDE NOTE: Don't know if you can cancel a JOD order or change it once placed

Get in touch with t-mobile help on twitter and CC johnlegere, they'll answer right away and help you. They helped me and just need to call to go over the agreement. I had my EIP while I was on the phone with them.

You might want to call and check or Facebook message them. This happened with my order and it didn't go through.

I'm a JoD customer. I first logged onto my account and clicked the Upgrade link. It gave a phone number to call. When I called that number it says the sales department doesn't have access to account information and to call customer service. So I called 611 from my phone, spent about 30 minutes on hold and the was able to process my order in about 15 minutes. It was actually pretty painless. The contract though may take a while to get emailed to me so he'll be calling me back at 2:00 to make sure I got it.
Now I'm waiting for the contract.
I ordered the Jet Black 7 plus 128 GB. I have to pay $149 up front. It has a November 1st ship date, which is fine.

Ordered at 12:20am, woke up at 7:00am with no confirmation or EIP. No notes on my account page either.

I called back, my order didn't go through. Re-ordered, got my EIP within 30 minutes.

I called T-Mobile at exactly 3 AM EST when pre-orders began and didn't have to wait on hold at all, phone was ordered nice and smoothly. 7 Plus, Black, 128GB. However, my estimated shipping date is 09/19-09/26. Wtf? I had to have been one of the first people to order! Lol
I'm in the exact same situation, ordered right at midnight, same configuration as you.
I feel like I would've been done quicker, but the Mobile guy just kept talking and talking, chitchatting, was driving me crazy.

I want the iPhone 7 in jet black with 128 GB capacity.

If I signed up for Apple Upgrade, I would have to pay $36.58 per month for 24 months.
If I signed up for T-Mobile JoD, I would have to pay $26.00 per month for 18 months with $99.99 down.

So, the T-Mobile jump on demand upgrade program appears to be cheaper, on paper. Assuming that I don't care for Apple Care that is being offered with the Apple Upgrade program, is there any reason why I wouldn't want to go with T-Mobile JoD?

You both need to check your order, cause if you don't get that authorization, that's mean your order haven't placed yet, but that's depend on the bank you have too, some bank take time too show you that and some are instance, so keep that in mind too.
