Just went into T-Mobile store, and they gave me a quote of $165 for my iPhone 6 (64G). Seem kind of low with this iPhone 7 offer they have?

869 quote for the 7+ 128, 150 pay today, and they'll give me 165 for my current phone. She mentioned something like it will add around 7/month to my bill. Also told her I'm not interested in jump, and asked if I will own the phone. She said yes. So basically I can sell the phone next year, and use that value to buy a new phone. Didn't see any reason for Jump or Jump on demand.

SIDE NOTE: Don't know if you can cancel a JOD order or change it once placed

I asked repeatedly if I could cancel my order if my store had one available and I was told that I could AS LONG AS they had not shipped my order yet.

They tried to tell me that for my iPhone 6 Plus 64gb because they told me that the free iPhone 7 was for the 6s phones only not the regular 6. Then they looked it up and realized that I did qualify.

You both need to check your order, cause if you don't get that authorization, that's mean your order haven't placed yet, but that's depend on the bank you have too, some bank take time too show you that and some are instance, so keep that in mind too.
I've definitely got a hold.... but no emails or anything else...

They tried to tell me that but I told them I had no other phone for backup. Was put on hold and then they processed my order. So don't let them tell you that.

Anyone figure out why they are charging $150 for the next tier (128gb) memory instead of the $100 it says on their website.
$150 is the right price.

I'm on the phone now with customer service to confirm my order went through. She told me the order went through and the person I spoke with put .com instead of .edu for my email. Today's my first day off after working 11 days in a row. I did not want to spend all day on the phone.

Sigh!

SIGHHH. The rep said I would get my phone in November and I was like "Why?! I was told I would get it this month" The other rep that put in my order put it in for the Jet Black which I wanted the matte black. Okay, I think I'm officially done with T-Mobile.

I think I've decided to bail on JOD. It's too confusing and TMo can't handle the pre-orders properly. I'm going to pay off my current JOD and move over to Apple's upgrade program. I love the idea of spreading out the payments, getting Apple Care in the price and I trust Apple to have their stuff together when I want to get on the next iPhone. Disappointed in TMo's ability to make this process easy and simple.

Go read that thread. It doesn't sound much better as I was looking into this as well.

But yes, JoD seems like a waste for me as I only get apple products.

Thanks. Called them, was on hold for a good 40 minutes. The rep. told me that its showing up on her end, and that it is showing EIP signed as well. Asked her as to why I couldnt look it up under order status either through My-Tmo or outside, and she said that I should keep trying and get back in case nothing happens by next week. Hopefully its just a system fault at their end given that my order was placed and EIP signed before 12:20a PST and that they have issued me an order # with the estimated ship date included in the email.

Is customer service chat able to check on these orders? I still have nothing, and I've been waiting for a chat agent for 40 minutes. (only 10 to go!)

I ordered two of them, under the payment section, only one of them shows paid and it shows the last four of the card number, but the other order even though it was places, shows no info on the payment section. I did receive two EIP agreement for both and signed them and also received two ordered confirmations to my email.
Any ideas?

So after quite some time, they got back to me on Twitter saying that the order didn't place correctly. After reps over the phone confirmed it was fine + over Facebook message. Working now to get it re-ordered.

I am- I preordered over the phone last night right at midnight- whoever told you that was wrong. We have until Sept 30th to return the Note 7, and you can preorder now (which I did). I'm on JumpOnDemand, don't know if that makes a difference.
