I'm really thinking those are place holders since they technically have no stock.
Thats what mine says too- but if placeholder, why not just put 9/15? I think its probably legit, we are most likely the second wave of shipments, after the first ones who will go out on the 15th.

Placed my order at 2:05am...shipment says 9/19-9/26. Wth, that's no fun...

Same here. I called in at 11:50pm PST, must have gotten through and placed an order a few minutes after midnight (PST) and signed the EIP contract by 12:20a. Received a text and email stating 9/19 - 9/26 but have not been able to do an order status check anywhere using the order # they gave me. Don't mind getting it in that time-frame (I assume JOD folks get first dibs) but just hope that everything is ok with the order.

Makes sense. Well here's hoping that date drops to the 16th for all of us in the same boat. I can wait the few extra days obviously, but would be great to have it on day of.

Just got off the phone w/ T-Force. It must have worked this time, i got an email regarding the trade in, just waiting for the EIP message now.

All the other iPhones I ordered at the same time have a 9/15 ship date. None of them are pluses. I'm thinking the pluses are still in China or somewhere offshore.
My order was for iPhone 7 Plus - Black - 128GB and shipping estimate is 9/19, so dates are definitely slipping.

**I ordered right at midnight though.

I'm guessing the black Plus versions are the most popular. My order was placed before those who got the regular 7, but mine is expected to ship around the 27th.

Okay I ordered a matte black 128 7+ with ship dates of 9/19-9/26. Anyone with the same phone getting anything earlier?

Just want to bring some ease or clarification to everyone. A friend of mine at T-Mobile explained some of the shipping dates and problems associated with those of us who were not able to JoD! over the phone for hours.

The dates are still set to ship and arrive by 9/16. Their delayed dates are merely a default of the system and do NOT reflect the real dates because of the issues that occurred between 12:01am - 2:00am~

That being said here is my info:

Called in at: 11:50pm (1.5 hour time on phone with server issues)
Pre-order placed: 3:00am (rep placed order while i was sleeping, as soon as he was able to)
T-Mobile Email/Signature Documents: Arrived at 3:30am and signed
Order confirmation: Order confirmed and processed.

Devices ordered:

iPhone 7 Plus - 32gb Black
iPhone 7 Plus - 32gb Gold
JoD Lease Program

Rep also told me not to freak out by shipping dates and I should expect to receive my device on 9/16 if not a lucky day before.

My 2 orders showed up in my account after about an hour.
Thanks. We'll its been nearly 11 hours and nothing so far on my-tmo or order status. My recent activity shows an EIP and change in plan to include device protection but nothing beyond that. I do however have a text and email from them confirming my order with an order # so at least there is that.

I sure hope you are right. I called in to place an order through Jump. The rep had system crashes and tried to place the order 4 times over the next 3 hours but her system was crashing. She called me back several times to keep me upto date then her shift was over and my order went into a black hole.
Called this morning and got my order placed but now it is 9/27 to 10/10 to ship.

If your info is correct then we should get shipping notices by Monday or Tuesday next week.

Yep, my situation was almost identical to yours! Just make sure you sign the digital documents as that "seals" the deal for your device.

Got the EIP around 2:12, signed it and got a confirmation email at 2:17. Then 20 mins later got the "order confirmed" email.

so you got the EIP shortly after ordering? you didn't really answer my question. I got off the phone with the guys like 30 minutes ago and I don't have an EIP yet. So i was wondering if that is normal or not.

I got the EIP email right away so that was great. Got the emails with my order number too so it a good at this point.
I just hope your info is right and we get shipping notices with tracking early next week! :)

check your spam....sometimes it gets flagged by some mail services.

Hi, I'm new here and I have a noob question. Anyone please help.

I don't understand how the trade-in work here, so I have i6 and want to trade to i7+. They said 0$ but in note below their info page they said I have to pay 32$*24 =770$ Which that's the value of the phone plus I have to give them my i6 so what's the advantage here? Or I misunderstand something.
