All the other iPhones I ordered at the same time have a 9/15 ship date. None of them are pluses. I'm thinking the pluses are still in China or somewhere offshore.

My 2 orders showed up in my account after about an hour.Can those that signed the EIP, and got an email with the order # go into My-Tmobile and dig the order up? I haven't been able to do this.
When is your estimated delivery?Just want to bring some ease or clarification to everyone. A friend of mine at T-Mobile explained some of the shipping dates and problems associated with those of us who were not able to JoD! over the phone for hours.
The dates are still set to ship and arrive by 9/16. Their delayed dates are merely a default of the system and do NOT reflect the real dates because of the issues that occurred between 12:01am - 2:00am~
That being said here is my info:
Called in at: 11:50pm (1.5 hour time on phone with server issues)
Pre-order placed: 3:00am (rep placed order while i was sleeping, as soon as he was able to)
T-Mobile Email/Signature Documents: Arrived at 3:30am and signed
Order confirmation: Order confirmed and processed.

Called this morning and got my order placed but now it is 9/27 to 10/10 to ship.
If your info is correct then we should get shipping notices by Monday or Tuesday next week.

Got the EIP around 2:12, signed it and got a confirmation email at 2:17. Then 20 mins later got the "order confirmed" email.
As long as an order hasn't shipped....you can cancel it.Same with me. Do you know if I happen to get the iphone 7 on launch day, can I cancel my pre-order I did with them over the phone?
I got the EIP email right away so that was great. Got the emails with my order number too so it a good at this point.Mine shows 9/26 - 10/10. I was told by 3 reps and my friend that those dates are NOT accurate and to know that I will be getting my shipment on release date. Not sure how much I trust it, but what choice do I have?

Yep, my situation was almost identical to yours! Just make sure you sign the digital documents as that "seals" the deal for your device.
check your spam....sometimes it gets flagged by some mail services.so you got the EIP shortly after ordering? you didn't really answer my question. I got off the phone with the guys like 30 minutes ago and I don't have an EIP yet. So i was wondering if that is normal or not.
