Same here. I called in at 11:50pm PST, must have gotten through and placed an order a few minutes after midnight (PST) and signed the EIP contract by 12:20a. Received a text and email stating 9/19 - 9/26 but have not been able to do an order status check anywhere using the order # they gave me. Don't mind getting it in that time-frame (I assume JOD folks get first dibs) but just hope that everything is ok with the order.

I'm JOD and I still received the 9/19 release date...

so you got the EIP shortly after ordering? you didn't really answer my question. I got off the phone with the guys like 30 minutes ago and I don't have an EIP yet. So i was wondering if that is normal or not.
Tweet at them.

Turned out my order didn't go through. T-Force on twitter had to re-order for me.

Does this sound pretty preposterous?

Can I cancel my 7+ order that I made today even though I signed the EIP?

I want to go back to ATT as i have a new job and they offer 25% off and will pay off my current balance on my installment plan on my 6s.

Sure I will probably not get an iPhone 7 for a while but long term this seems worth it. I currently get no discount with TMobile.

Well I can't really answer if that's normal or not lol, if we're comparing apples to apples then no that's not normal as I had the EIP email after I hung up with rep.

I got my order in for a 7 Plus 256GB Matte Black about an hour and a half ago, had to fight with the web page some but it wasn't too bad

already shows up under My T-Mobile too, supposed to ship between 9/19 and 9/26 which is fine with me since I don't get paid until 9/16 (as long as it doesn't ship any earlier than 9/14 I'll be okay)

edit: got my emails for both EIP and order confirmation, also went ahead and processed the trade-in

regarding the latter, it quotes $195 but I should get the promo right? I might contact customer service later to get assurance

Hi everyone!

I'm in the same boat with everyone regarding the T-Mobile free iPhone deal.

I was able to place my order for a iPhone 7 32GB in black around 8AM this morning. I received the EIP agreement as well as an order confirmation to both my email and as a text message. The only thing I think I'm missing is the $1 hold on the account I used to pay with. My shipping estimate is showing Sept. 15-16.

My confusion is in the actual trade-in process. Going through the trade-in link from the T-Mobile site, I am only offered $165 for my iPhone6 with no mention of the iPhone7 deal anywhere. Does anyone know how this works? I did talk to a T-Mobile representative but he didn't exactly clear up any confusion. He told to me submit the trade-in and that it should work itself out once the iPhone7s are shipped out.

Can someone help?

TIA!!

St. Louis, MO.
1. Called at 6am Central.
2. Rep answered in less than a minute
3. We talked about my Jump options - prices of phones and payment
4. Asked for phone
5. Confirmed the return details for my old phone.
6. Paid fees / deposit
7. Got lease agreement while on phone.
8. Signed agreement
9. Got confirmation email about EIP and order confirmation.
10. Finished conversation with rep and hung up
11. Later got text messages confirming order

Estimated to Ship 09/19/2016 - 09/26/2016
Apple® iPhone 7 Plus - Black - 256GB
$266 + $28 month - Jump on Demand
Return previous phone by Oct 6th.

The rep seems to think that I will get my phone on launch day. I don't know if that will happen. In the past few years I have followed this similar process and gotten the phone on Friday or at the latest the following Monday.

I used to stand in line, but now that I use the Payment program. I really save a lot of money and time.

My advice is don't use carrier insurance, use AppleCare+. This does not cover lost of stolen phones though...

It seems all plus models in black are getting/ got the date of 9/19-9/26.

Hopefully those who ordered early can get it day one.

That said, I assume once my tracking number is created I will be able to have the device held at ups?

I have the same question. I was told on the phone I would pay $30/month x 24 months but I would receive a one time credit of $195 + $18/month. I don't see the monthly credit mentioned anywhere. Anyone know how this all works?

I am- I preordered over the phone last night right at midnight- whoever told you that was wrong. We have until Sept 30th to return the Note 7, and you can preorder now (which I did). I'm on JumpOnDemand, don't know if that makes a difference.

It does, I guess I just have to find the right representative. Thanks

I just order my phone over phone with T-Mobile and this is what sales rep told me. Basically $165 is a credit that will go towards your T-Mobile bill. You can used that credit to pay for the service or for your monthly installments.
Once T-Mobile has received your old phone they will credit you $485 towards installments to the iPhone 7.
So $165 + $485 = $650
