Im asking the phone rep, if I pay the balance I owe, 235.01, would my monthly bill go back to 70/month, my standard bill. She said that should be done in retail store. She hinted though that I would still get a bill credit, for 24 months. Also, she said if you upgrade to a new phone next year, your credits will continue to roll over, and not affect your ability to buy a new phone next year.
If I can pay off this 235.01, next month, and get my bill to a standard bill, without the EIP charge, that is what I would like.... stuff is so confusing.
You take my old phone, give me the value its worth, the minus that off the new phone, and that is what I pay you.....
Bottom line, you pay off the balance early, you loose the promotion. If you trade the phone in next year, making your regular payments, you keep the credits/promotion. I guess ill think this over before I sign the E-Document.
