I have a $1 hold on my card, but still haven't received an order confirmation or EIP email...
Hm.. I bought mine outright and received a confirmation number email and text, so hopefully we're all good? This is a rather annoying process.

Huh. Our 2 orders show up on line but state shipping is through the USPS. I certainly hope not. Supposed to be "free" overnight.
Same here. Placed my order for a 7 Plus, it's processing, but not sure where i take advantage of the trade in deal.Anybody get the iPhone On Us deal to work? I was able to put in a normal order but cant figure out how to take advantage of the deal.
that's right. Last year the UPS guy left 2 6S's on our doorstep. Fortunately they were still there when I got home. This was the same with the Note7 preorder. TMO uses UPS. I have no idea why they have usps, mine states the same.
Did you sign your EIP? I just did. If anything, I can just go into a store and get it fixed once I get my phone.Same here. Placed my order for a 7 Plus, it's processing, but not sure where i take advantage of the trade in deal.

When I try doing this it just quotes me for the entire price of the phone. My current phone is paid off by the way.You have to log in to your T-Mobile account. From there you have to select "upgrade" on the correct lines.
I read the first few pages and last few pages and I'm still a little confused, so I want to summarize what I think is true and then see if i'm right.
My wife and I both have 6+ models (not the S versions) so we are both eligible for a jump upgrade. Based on what the tmo site is showing, we can get up to $650 credited to our account if we turn in our phones. We both want to get the 7+ with 128Gb's so it will cost us each $250 up front, but that's it? No other hidden fees or plan changes or anything?

I have no idea what I did as I just went through the website at 630 this morning and clicked "upgrade" on my current 6s+ 16gb that i have had since being a TMobile member for 3 months.
Went through the process, got a confirmation number, signed EIP and shipping estimate.
Some are saying I opened a new line? Some are saying I simply did a new EIP and now I will have to pay my JOD for my 6S+ which is $32 a month and now this new phone which is the same price?
I don't understand how I can have 2 phones tied to one number.
Either way I guess I will find out soon but with how this was handled if they give me hell I am jumping back to ATT.
This.I feel that JOD customers really got screwed this time around...
[doublepost=1473431653][/doublepost]I hope they issue some sort of apology for what happened....I am exhausted today and don't even have anything to show for it
They shouldn't charge your account until the order ships.Anyone else not have a charge on their card yet? Went with Chase to pay but my order (apparently) is confirmed but no placeholder charge is in place.
Just got off the phone. I was told the order went through for the 7+ black 128GB. She said that the shipping date will be wrong and I should get it on launch. Let's hope that's true. I'm waiting for my confirmation. She said it'll take ~30 minutes to get it.
I hope so becauseI haven't been able to get through to anyone and my online attempts are to no avail. I want the 128 matte black and want to trade in my 6S 128gbSo do you think this page for shipping dates is correct? http://explore.t-mobile.com/shipping-dates
