I have a $1 hold on my card, but still haven't received an order confirmation or EIP email...

Hm.. I bought mine outright and received a confirmation number email and text, so hopefully we're all good? This is a rather annoying process.

Anybody get the iPhone On Us deal to work? I was able to put in a normal order but cant figure out how to take advantage of the deal.
Same here. Placed my order for a 7 Plus, it's processing, but not sure where i take advantage of the trade in deal.

Just got off the phone. I was told the order went through for the 7+ black 128GB. She said that the shipping date will be wrong and I should get it on launch. Let's hope that's true. I'm waiting for my confirmation. She said it'll take ~30 minutes to get it.

Ordered my black 128GB 7 at 10 AM ET Friday, took less than 10 minutes (including hold time), EIP signed, shipping estimate says 9/15-9/16. Now to go seven more days without cracking my 6s!

Same crap, different year. Called in around 12:05 to place an order for 3 Jump On Demand upgrades. System crashes on first order. Never comes back up. Rep takes my info and says she will place the order. Surprisingly get a call back from her. Shortly after I receive 2 emails with EIP. Rep says that she can't get the 3rd phone to process but will keep trying. It has now been about 5 hours and no EIP email, no call back and hold times on the phone are 3 hours. Why can't they get this stuff figured out? It's the same thing year after year.

I read the first few pages and last few pages and I'm still a little confused, so I want to summarize what I think is true and then see if i'm right.

My wife and I both have 6+ models (not the S versions) so we are both eligible for a jump upgrade. Based on what the tmo site is showing, we can get up to $650 credited to our account if we turn in our phones. We both want to get the 7+ with 128Gb's so it will cost us each $250 up front, but that's it? No other hidden fees or plan changes or anything?

Just taxes and first monthly payment.

When I try doing this it just quotes me for the entire price of the phone. My current phone is paid off by the way.

You should call them to sort it out. T-Mobile's preorder deals are different from what they typically offer once the phones have been released.

I can't seem to get the upgrade online to work and I can't get a tmo rep on the phone to save my life. it has me waiting and going to through a cycle of questions on if i want to donate to this or that, if I am over 50 and all sorts of weird survey questions that just cycle over and over

I have no idea what I did as I just went through the website at 630 this morning and clicked "upgrade" on my current 6s+ 16gb that i have had since being a TMobile member for 3 months.

Went through the process, got a confirmation number, signed EIP and shipping estimate.

Some are saying I opened a new line? Some are saying I simply did a new EIP and now I will have to pay my JOD for my 6S+ which is $32 a month and now this new phone which is the same price?

I don't understand how I can have 2 phones tied to one number.

Either way I guess I will find out soon but with how this was handled if they give me hell I am jumping back to ATT.

You do have two phones on one line now, one EIP and one JoD. Call them to fix this ASAP.

What shipping date do you have listed? And what phone type is it?

I actually got in a couple minutes early and was so excited because the website was running smoothly, and I got all the way to the last page and noticed my billing address (and therefore my shipping address) was outdated. Had to cancel and update it first, at which point it had hit 2:01am CST and the website was basically useless from that point on. Lol

Luckily I managed to get to a phone rep at like 2:03am and despite it taking a good 30 minutes for my rep to actually place the 2 orders, I now have a matte black iPhone 7 32GB set to arrive 9/16 and a jet black iPhone 7 Plus 128GB set to arrive "between 9/27 and 10/24" - not the arrival time I was hoping for but I'll take it. :)

Cheers to everyone, congrats on the purchases. Can't wait to get them!
