I know I'm venting, but I am seriously pissed now. In reference to my post above, I just got my new trade-in shipping instructions and despite having the T-Mobile Rep read back the info on my trade-ins, the forms list the wrong model number and wrong capacity. I'm now back on the phone with them yet again, wasting more of my life away. And worse yet, the T-Mo rep I'm talking to now said that I absolutely lost my place in line on the 7+ and I probably won't get it until December.

I'm frickin livid right now and I'm on hold waiting on a supervisor. I'm reasonably certain that I'm going to cancel everything and leave T-Mobile. It was nice paying less each month, but I'm sick and tired of wasting hours and hours of my time just to order a phone.

As long as the IMEI number on the form matches your return phone, you're good.

Destination Scan 6:50. Oh man it's so close!!!

You ok Deliveries? Last I checked Washington isn't that far from Pittsburgh.

hey what app is that?

Seeing all the disappointment today I'm thinking tmobile had better do some serious damage control very quickly. Some of this isn't their fault but a lot of the confusion and delays belong to them.
Damage control? What? People are getting their phones in their ship date window. I see no problem with what Tmobile is doing. They can't control what Apple gives them. Christ. People are entitled!

He's the troll. Hard to believe anything he says. I contacted T-Mobile to get my upgrade fee waived which they did, and the gentleman told me that my phone should be shipping out within the next couple days. I don't know how he knows this. Probably just T-Mobile rep BS
I talked to the rep to see if it was still possible to cancel my order, to see if it was in motion or just sitting there being processed and he said it can still be cancelled which means my order hasnt gone anywhere

damn, I felt this one. Sorry man. You ave a better chance at getting something from the apple store THIS WEEK than getting through TMO. smh. all the Tmobile tuesday stuff made them skimp out on ordering enough iPhones for preorders.

LOL - I live where lyft and uber are currently banned so that is a waste, I am not signing up to vudu with my cc so thats a waste, have never won anything more than the guaranteed prize from them. Honestly I would have rather just "Thank" me with a bill credit or a 1 time free accessory or something like that.

Based off the last two days by reading replies on this thread.

First charges of the day were around noon, with the highest concentration of charges around 3pm. Eventually trickling off and ending around 7pm.

Because what people say on a forum is accurate and indicative of the entire population that ordered an iPhone 7 from T-mobile...

iPhone 7 Plus 128 GB Matte Black
Originally ordered on 9/9 ~noon ET, but rep messed it up. Reordered 9/9 ~7 pm. ERT put me back in queue at time of original order.
EIP signed 9/10.
Original shipment estimate: 9/27-10/10
Received confirmation today at 2:41 pm. Charge pending on card. UPS Tracking # not yet showing info.

Tracking shows label was created yesterday and estimated delivery as today, but no further info. Still under "Ready for UPS" step, before even "Shipped." Status message is: "A UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status will be updated."

Really hope it arrives today. Worked from home so I could be here for them, and they usually deliver by now...

Out for delivery from 1-5 pm today. Have to go back out at 6 pm, so hopefully it arrives and I can sync it to iTunes fast enough. Finally! My screen protector arrived, so now I just wish my cases would arrive. Might have to grab one at Best Buy in the meantime.

Did you have any trouble buying it? When I made a reservation for a sprint phone a few minutes ago, it wouldn't let me select buy it outright, but acted like I had to start a line with them. I still reserved and hoping they let me pay in full in store.

I did it via my Apple ID and the Apple Store app.

It defaulted to $41 a month or whatever and said I'd have to apply for credit for new sprint account at the store.

Told Apple rep I want to buy outright and use on TMo. She said no problem. Lots doing that and this was best phone if you travel International. Which I'm doing tomorrow.

Short answer: reserve with Store app

Thanks bud. Guess I'll go that route.

Hours of my life wasted, when I could have even woken up this AM and reserved at three different stores close by me (advantage of NYC). Poor me, 6 days late. But hours, upon hours of frustration with their bum site.

Only thing that sucks? The $900 charge now lol. Time to sell my unlocked 6s 64GB.

Good luck all. Much like an addict, I'm going to keep following this forum as close as my fantasy team. Feel like we're all in this together.

When I was on the website and I clicked order status it just kept taking me back to the home page and the T-Mobile app wouldn't load at all. It was just a white screen

I think Uninstall Tmobile app and install it back. I had same problem and after reinstalling its working fine
