You have to still pay all the sales tax up front. Higher models are the difference in price from the base + sales tax from the normal price. For Jump users, the 7 Plus 32 gb is $0 upfront right?

I was told by T-Mobilehelp via twitter $149 down and $28/month for 128gb 7+
This thread is golden! So. Much. Chaos. And this is just the beginning!
There are gonna be A LOT of disappointed people waiting on callbacks at 12:01 AM PST.
And please, please, please don't pre-order you phone via DM on Twitter. T-Force takes awhile to get back to you, so you're risking having your device on backorder going that route. Also, remember to take what these reps are telling you right now with a grain of salt--as you can see from reading this thread, you'll get MANY different answers to the same question. Unfortunately, this trend will continue even after you've pre-ordered your iPhone(s).
Let the shenanigans begin!!
I'm assuming that's for the Jump on Demand?
I'm going to to use the automatic call back but try to preorder on the website while I'll wait on the phone whichever is first lolThis is exactly what I was told as well.
I spoke to T-Force this morning and received very quick replies, matter of minutes.
Oh yeah, I'm gonna be online and on phone at the same time starting at midnight my time. I may even call on more than one line, maybe even all six at the same time to play rep roulette.I'm going to to use the automatic call back but try to preorder on the website while I'll wait on the phone whichever is first lol
Probably unlikely unless you waited outside before the store opens lol. What are the odds that if I didn't pre-order, I could go to a t-mobile store on the 16th and walk out with a 7 or 7 plus in matte black? I know it's not possible to predict, but what's everyone's guess??
Probably be ok if you're there when they open and not getting jet black. What are the odds that if I didn't pre-order, I could go to a t-mobile store on the 16th and walk out with a 7 or 7 plus in matte black? I know it's not possible to predict, but what's everyone's guess??
I stood in a small line at my local t-mobile store last year and was able to walk out with FIVE lines worth of iPhone 6s'. It freaked out the staff and it took HOURS to organize and I didn't get all the colors I wanted. So I'd imagine if you arrive in line early enough you stand a good chance of getting an iPhone, just be especially early if you want a black (jet or otherwise) one because those look like they're going to be hot items this year. What are the odds that if I didn't pre-order, I could go to a t-mobile store on the 16th and walk out with a 7 or 7 plus in matte black? Well that clears up all the misinformation I've been given... argh.this was posted not too long ago with some more info regarding iphone 7 for jump and jump on demand.

About an hour, and that was with me calling at midnight. I have a little trick this year thoughHow long is the wait on hold usually? Did you receive yours on day 1?

Can we do JoD online however? I never had an upgrade fee with JoD even in store.

I am now a VERY unhappy camper, my bill is going to explode if I go through with this. I'm currently paying $16.42 per 16gb 6s, $19.35 for a 64gb 6s and $24.64 for a 128gb 6s+. I don't know why my monthly installments are so low but it looks like they'll almost double if I jump. Ugh.
According to the Jump on Demand iPhone 7 fact sheet they just posted at TMobile, you must call or visit the store. Still no online ordering. That's a good question.
The reps themselves sound confused and are confusing us too.
they ran a lot of promos on the iPhone 6 and 6S that they aren't doing with the 7 so the monthly installments are much higher. word is they aren't encouraging JoD anymore so they don't have any incentive to continue the discounted rates.Well that clears up all the misinformation I've been given... argh.

I'm currently with T-Mobile and no contract. My iPhone is fully paid off.
Can I choose the Verizon iPhone 7 with Apple Upgrade plan online and then use it on T-Mobile? Or will I need a Verizon account? - I heard conflicting reports on this. It seems that due to lack of ability to enroll in the Apple Upgrade plan when purchasing an iPhone 7 online, people are looking to buy other carrier's iPhones to use with T-Mobile.
Anybody know if this would work?
Joy. I'm not interested in my bill going up by $50 a month just to get the latest and greatest asap. You are under the same deal we have which was a limited time offer. I was hoping they'd offer a similar deal this time, but so far no such luck. You may want to consider waiting until the week after launch. Last year they did a JoD for $8 for the 64g iPhone+! We called to see if they'd change our special $19 a month to the $8 a month, but they said that was a deal only for those who didn't order at launch. And it came and went in a hurry..
