Hey guys, a quick question. I'm planning on buying either:

1.) iPhone 7 black with 32 GB or...
2.) iPhone 7 jet black with 64 GB

Can someone tell what my options are likely to be for T-Mobile? How much would each one run me?

Thanks

Well with all the people calling in today and getting call backs tonight I figured I should call back in now... there's a 25-35 minute hold time. I'm really getting nervous about all this now, I've gotta upgrade 6 lines and I just don't see that happening before everything goes on backorder. Additionally I had no idea there were further upfront costs with JoD, I was led to believe it was a free swap out once you were in the program. Yippee, my wife is gonna kill me!

So I spoke to a t-mobile rep again... Lord have mercy! Now I'm even more nervous than before. First of all I think I was sent to India because I had a great deal of difficulty understanding what the rep was saying, not that there's anything wrong with that. But THIS time I was told I could do the JoD upgrade with the app on each phone I'm going to want to swap out. Hilarious. No offer was made to call me back when the preorders go live and I wasn't about to ask, I think he told me that there wouldn't be any money down required on any of my lines tonight, that was refreshing at least.

At the iPhone hacks section.
FYI.
If you call or get it at the store you will be charged a $20 upgrade fee.

Hello! if you purchase a iPhone 7 32 GB on EIP and trade in a fully paid off iPhone you will get the iPhone 7 for free (Via monthly bill credits) If you want the iPhone 7 plus you get the phone for ◦$120 when trading in your iPhone 6s, 6s Plus, 6, or 6 Plus. If you want a larger memory size than a 32GB the cost of the new iPhone will increase by an additional $100 for 128GB and $200 for 256GB. •You can review the promotion details at https://explore.t-mobile.com/promotional offers. As far as the $20.00 assisted service charge, if you do call into customer care or go into a store this fee will be charged, if you were to go online and do the pre order than the fee will not be charged. If you open your T-Mobile App it will allow you to Pre Register for the Pre order, once you are able to pre order you will get a notification with a link that will direct you to the T-Mobile website to place your order. *LacyC

These threads are more pain then they are resources as there are so many different answers and misinformation being spewed by each customer service rep it all gets jumbled!

I never thought i would say this, but I miss ATT. I could easily go into the Apple app store at midnight, order my phone on NEXT and be back in bed in 10 minutes or so.

This crap in having to call in, getting call backs, sending carrier pigeons, ravens from Winterfell is all rubbish at this point and ridiculous.

No one picks up the phone and calls people anymore!!

T-Mobile: Thanks for your patience. Your estimated wait time is 28 minutes and 22 seconds.

Everyone bombarding TMobile right now makes these call ins and order night especially fun!

I scheduled a callback at 12:01. He said it would probably be 12:05, but I'm betting I'll be getting a callback at 1AM-ish with the demand. Going to use JoD on two lines. I'll have the house phone calling T-Mobile at 11:55 to be on the safe side.

So does anyone have data on what the JOD cost is going to be going from a 6s plus to a 7 plus? Last year there was no cost so long as you stayed in the same capacity, this year it looks like there is a up front cost and most likely an increase in the monthly cost...

Yeah like getting iPhones via AT&T was easy and simple. Tell me another one.
I had to camp out to get the iPhone 3G and they didn't receive enough and the mess and nonsense with their preorders and shipping to customers home was a nightmare. They would cancel your iPhone order a week later for no reason and mess up your upgrade eligibility etc... And have to chase and fight with customer service. Hell no.

Can a JUMP! user (not on demand) preorder online?

and for the free iPhone deal, does the one you turn in have to be paid off? I'm eligible for a jump upgrade but I still owe on my current device.
I have the original jump and have to call, online doesn't work for some reason.

I'm not sure if I have seen this yet, but I spoke with a rep through direct message on Twitter. I work tonight when the pre orders start and can't be on the phone that long at work. The rep told me that I can do a pre order through direct message on Twitter. I double checked to make sure that is what she meant and she confirmed it. This seems odd to me but I will give it a try tonight. Has anyone ever used this option? I just don't see how it's possible. I am a Jump on Demand customer hoping to pre order 3 phones tonight. 2-32GB Rose Gold and 1-128GB Rose Gold

I was told $150 by T-Force. How right that is, I'm not sure.

I think I'm going to go this route as well. I'm in no rush as my phone works fine. Wonder what the response time will be like ordering it via T-Force tho.

Highly doubtful but Abigail does sound pleasant enough.

I just chatted with TMobile and they said the pre-order is occurring outside of our business hours for orders so you would need to call when our phone lines are open.

NEXT REP!

So at 3am I'm gonna need to call Tmobile and tell them I wanna trade in my phone for the 7.

Tmobile confirmed that you do NOT have to change your plan.

I wasn't planning on getting the 7 since I have the 6S that's fully paid off I bought from swappa.

So I will take advantage of this deal.

If anyone has more info let me know

Last year I called when the pre orders started and I was able to speak with someone and order 2 phones. It was around 12:30 pacific time.

No upfront cost if you stick with base models. The $100 up front is for the 128 and $200 for 256. Monthly cost stays the same
[doublepost=1473355538][/doublepost]
So the iPhones only come in 32, 128, 256? How much would a jet black iPhone 7 128 GB cost me?
$100 down for Jet Black with Jump! OnDemand. $749 outright I believe.

T-Mobile guy me no upfront cost to get a 7+ 32GB. If you want 128GB: $120-128 upfront. I don't think they care what capacity you're coming from, just the capacity you're getting.
