I ordered 7 phones, some have been charged but none of them have shipped...
The phones I ordered in the order I ordered them in:
1. 7+ Rose Gold 32GB with an estimated ship date of 9/27-10/10
2. 7+ Black 128GB (9/27-10/10)
3. 7+ Rose Gold 32GB (9/27-10/10)
4. 7 Silver 32GB (9/19-9/26)
5. 7 Rose Gold 32GB (9/15-9/16)
6. 7 Gold 32GB (9/19-9/26)
7. 7 Rose Gold 32GB (9/15-9/16)

The first one I ordered on Friday night (9/9) at ~11pm and the rest I ordered 2-3 hours later on 9/10 at ~ 1-2AM. It looks like they charged the first 7+ as soon a I ordered it. Two of the 7s were charged 9/10 and the other on 9/11. I still haven't been charged for two of the 7+s. They were all ordered on the EIP as upgrades. None of the lines had Jump or Jump on Demand.

can someone confirm if you can do 2 EIP upgrade with tradein offer on one line?

My first order for iph7 is processed and got tracking number. Now same line is showing upgrade eligible when I login to my-tmobile.com. This is the same line for which the first iph7 order is processed and shipped (ordered on 9/9)

Not sure how the trade in will work? Is the trade in applied to individual line or EIP contract number?

Any of the plus's get charged?

Only Jump and Jump On Demand customers get the fee waived. Everyone else gets hit with a $20 fee to upgrade in-store or on the phone. Online orders are exempt. It's a very "carrier" move that pisses me off.

Ah that would explain it.

Are these upgrades on 7 individual lines?

My fee was waived without me even asking. But I did have to call 3 times to get my order placed and in total probably took 3 hours to get it done. Damn systems overloaded for days and at non peak times!

Could they have done it to get commission or the $20 assisted service fee instead? Shady

Why are people getting charged 20 dollars? i never did.

Both. But mostly the 2 year upgrade.
Stores get graded by sales.
If you make the purchase and upgrade via their store they get the credit for it and the commission.
[doublepost=1473652767][/doublepost]

You will get the fee if you ordered by phone or local store.
You avoid the fee if you order online.

Maybe this?

The $20 fee is for the people that don't have JUMP upgrade and it's not necessary mean if you upgrade your phone online and they don't charge you and if you upgrade on the phone and they charge you.

They don't have much information about and they try to charge you if you don't know about it, so if you are any kind of JUMP member, just tell them they can't charge you and you will see they back off and magically (!!!) saying they will upgrade your phone without charging you that fee (like they doing you a favor !!!)

This is step 2 from the iPhone 7 promotion:
Trade in your old iPhone: Next, you need to trade in your fully paid-off iPhone (from any carrier). For your trade-in to be eligible for this promotion, you must own the device outright, which means you can't have a remaining JUMP! On Demand or EIP balance. Also, the trade-in device must be in good working order without physical or liquid damage and have the “Find My Phone” feature turned off.

It mentions that trade-in device must be in good working order without physical or liquid damage...

What does it mean physical damage? My 6+ has a very small dent on the upper right and it's very slightly bent. Full fuctional, no water damage, and no cracked screen or camera lens. I brought it into a physical store to have them evaluate it and they told me it's OK and they would accept it. I even called customer service and they rep told me that it'll be fine and she hardly ever sees any rejections. When you trade-in through the mail, it's a 3rd party that examines the phone, Assurant I believe. I'm worried that if I trade it in and it gets rejected I won't get it back. If I don't get the promotion, I was still planning on buying the 7+. But I would like to get my 6+ back if it's rejected. Do they have the right to keep your fully functional phone if they reject it? I was told that if you pre order online, you can't do trade-in at store.

If the phone gets rejected they still keep it and you still lose....
