Carrier iPhone 7/7+ Verizon Pre-Order Thread

I don't even know wth I got charged for it was so confusing. Doesn't say it collected tax from me for my
two Apple iPhone 7 Plus's but both say MONTHLY = $67.24 which is obviously impossible as even the regular retail device payment is lower. Also got charged upgrade fees. Have to call and talk tomorrow with VZW.

Everyone should check your order status. In the confirmation email my date is 10/5, but the order status page says 9/23

Wow! Thank you for this! I ordered a 7+ 128GB Jet Black and started to regret ordering the new color considering I'd have to wait an extra month. But my 10/05 date did indeed change to 9/23 Our dates will likely drop even more - they usually do every year. Fingers crossed for release day!

Ouch....Matte Black 256 here...for the longest time it was 9/23 on the site and the confirmation email, but then i clicked the link in the email...says expected ship date 10/12....(

Sweet just looked at my order confirmation and noticed rather than saying "jet black" it just says "black" thanks verizon... you had one job!

Yeppers. You'll probably be charged around next Wednesday assuming that's the day the phone ships for Friday delivery.

I agree. When I went through to practice the process yesterday, it only appraised me at $225. Now it appraises at $650. Weird, but I'll take it.

What did you trade in?? I preordered but will call at a normal hour to work out my wife's att but out $. She has a 6 with 64gb gold.

Same!! I've always ordered online and changed the shopping address. Not this year I guess. I'm so mad.

I ended up getting my order placed. A chat representative told me to change the billing address in My Verizon, then place the order, then just change it back later. I did that and it worked just fine. Now it's shipping to my address!

Only thing is, I couldn't change the name. So it's addressed to my dad, but at my address... Customer service rep told me that will be fine.

iPhone 7 128GB Black, and iPhone 7 Plus 128GB Rose Gold, both ordered after an hour and a half of frustration... But still got 9/16 ship date, so hopefully it sticks!

Also locked in the $650 trade-in for an iPhone 6S and another $650 for an iPhone 6. Pretty sweet deal there.

I called in a phone preorder for the 256gb iPhone 7 Plus in Jet Black but my confirmation only says 'Black'. This also happened to a friend of mine. This happen to any of you?? Really frustrating...it's not what I asked for nor was it what the agent confirmed to me.

iPhone 7 128 gb jet black delivered 10/5, no good, hoping they're just erring on the side of caution and the factories can get the process locked in and really start pushing out good yields so this gets pushed up.

iPhone 7 Plus 256GB Jet Black. ETA 9/28. Got the order in fast despite their site being garbage. I wouldn't be surprised to see it earlier. Both my iPhone 6 Plus and iPhone 6S Plus had estimated dates of a week or two after launch day but both arrived on launch day. That said, Jet Black is clearly in short supply since it dropped to November from Apple in less than ten minutes. Time to just wait and see. Kick back, relax, and have a drink!

Stupid story, when I was ordering, I was clicking on the colored squares to choose my color. The two blacks looked exactly the same, and it wasn't showing which one I was picking... I wanted the matte black, but ended up with the Jet Black ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. I even searched the page for "black" to see if the black I chose showed up, but nope. It probably showed what it was somewhere on the page, but I was panicking trying to get the order in quickly lol.

I was confused also which one was the jet black. I noticed the last black color automatically choose 128 gb so I figured it was that one. Also that black looked a little bit shinier so that's the one I wanted.
