I just did a live chat and was told that since I ordered online that the fees should have been waived. They gave me a $40 credit for my 2 phones I ordered!!
I am afraid to call any reps and have them work on my account in fear of them cancelling my pre order so I will end up calling once the phone ships or is in hand lol.

I have been watching the Verizon forums also and have seen no movement on any JB iPhone 7 plus units and am starting to think that the JB ship dates of 9/23 and 9/28 are the dates Verizon anticipates to receive the units from Apple due to them selling out.

It was a hectic night but I maybe got my order in around 12:15 ish or so, well hopefully we both get some CC activity and some shipping info by today! Lets keep each other posted!
 
idk if this helps at all but I was just told Verizon can accept orders until 8:00 for next Day Delivery.

going to try to see if i can get my hand on 7 plus 256GB at the store in the morning i have the day off so cant hurt to try.
 
Does anyone who has upgraded through Verizon's upgrade plan (where you get an upgrade every year) see any movement on their phones yet? I have a ship date of 10/5 and was able to preorder successfully on 9/9 at 1:02 am PT.
 
Does your location code happen to be M227801? I am in NW Kansas, and it looks like you may have the same location code from what I can see of the Ref number on your tracking. I have (2) Mb 7 128 GB and a MB 7+ 128 GB, but still no updates. The 7+ showed 9/23 when I ordered, but the 7s both showed 9/16, hopefully the Plus didn't hold them up, since now the only date I have on any order/tracking pages show 9/23 :(

For those about to stand in line tomorrow to get their new phones, i just called my local Verizon store and asked them if i could walkout with the 7+ tomorrow after canceling my preorder, they said there's no way for them to give me an upgrade (in the system) and that i'm just going to have to wait for my order.
Just thought i'd let you guys know since some of you are planning on going there early.
