Notice the message count here. Makes you wonder which ordering process is the most popular or which one is the most messed up. Having been a T-Mobile customer the past two launches it doesn't surprise me they are already north of 1000 messages in their thread.

Anyone run into "We're sorry. We can't find your account information with Verizon Wireless.
Please verify your information and try again." when trying to order the Verizon phone (at FULL PRICE even)? I'm a verizon prepaid customer and 100% sure the info I gave is correct. What now?
 
I was able to ge a rep right at midnight my time, 7 plus 128 black 09/23....still processing
Same, except I ordered a bit after preorders went live. Got the email saying delivery by 23rd. Just gotta wait for that ship date to move to the 16th!
 
Woke up about 6:30am eastern time (not on purpose) and decided to order a 128gb rose gold plus and right now it states it'll arrive on the 16th, which I'm pretty happy about.
 
So I am on the Verizon site as of 9:37 p.m. CST and it's letting me order a 32GB black/space gray and it says deliver by 9/23. Now that date is fine b/c I don't mind waiting, my question is I see people are saying they are getting emails that their delivery date has been pushed back. For anyone who preordered, did the email you get confirm the same delivery date you were initially shown?
 
Ordered 7+ jet black 128 on Verizon website. Email confirmation at 2:17am central with deliver by 10/5. Verizon order status page showing ships by 9/23. Hope the order status page is correct and ship by means delivered by.
 
So I had to cancel and re-do my order due to a mistake by the Tele-Sales people. So my order dates are way pushed back.
 
I ordered online and I thought that the $20 upgrade fee was waived if you did so. I'm showing $80 in sales tax and the $20 upgrade fee. Thinking i'll try to see if I can get the fee waived after the phone ships. Has anyone else had luck with doing this?

I noticed that too. I may try and call Customer Service tomorrow and see if they can credit my account the $20.00.

7+ here 128gb matte black shipping 9/23. Ordered within the first 15 minutes when orders "officially opened" so hoping mine gets bumped up to 9/16
Same here too (except mine was ordered maybe 30 minutes after pre orders went live.) Hoping the same!
