Just spoke with vz. They said our order is pending shipment. Jb and mb 128. She said they just got in the phones. Whatever that means. Online acct still says processing but 611 says pending shipment. Hopefully a good sign!

Does anyone know how long it takes to get the tracking info? Mine changed to sent to the warehouse for shipment with a shipping date of yesterday around 9pm and my card was also charged then. Still have no tracking info.

I got my tracking info around noon today. The tracking number does't register yet though. :/ Ugh.

I ordered the phones through the IUP link (multiple Apple IDs). When I went into the Apple store I told them that I wasn't trading in a phone and wanted to pay with Verizon DPP. When I got home, I logged into myVerizon and did the trade in. It showed my trade in value of $650 for each of my iPhone 6+s.

*611 has said pending shipment from day one, so that's not new. I don' t know if I'd trust anything a rep said at this point

I'm a 7+ 128 JB ESD of 9/23. Ordered at 12:23 Pacific. My shipping date just disappeared. Prob doesn't mean **** but thought I'd pass that along. Still says processing.

Yoo.. So when I reserved it asked for my card info.. I used a debit thats different from the account on file that VZW uses for auto bill pay. Its going to charge the card I put in when ordering, correct? Not the account on file for monthly payments?

This is not true, at least not the all part. I was told yesterday and just a few minutes ago that there were some orders that were getting pushed back, but mine was not one of them. 7+ 128 jb ship date 9/23 still no cc charge nothing. She said it could be later today or even tonight before I get any changes.

Prob a duplicate question but when sending back my 6s due to edge plan, the SIM card comes out right? It had to last year. And yes I'm on Verizon. The instructions didn't say. It took a few days but I'm ready to keep my 7. At least for a year.

Same. Maybe they're not getting as many calls as before so they've disabled the auto status prompt. You can still say order status and it'll give you the same information.

Edit: 611 is now automatically giving me the order status upfront.

Has anyone picked up a phone at a Verizon store? I am wondering if there is a possibility to go to a store and pick one up. My 6+ is crapping out and I am in need of a replacement ASAP. Thanks!

I took the SIM out on my 6s. Reset all settings and turned off "Find my iPhone"
