Yes you are missing something...Orders are not waved by just time alone. Your reading it in its most literal form. I did not say he will be the first..I said he will be one of the first = meaning based on the fact he placed his order early his order should be waved earlier rather than later.

I was in the same boat (same model, same order status) as you earlier. I got charged earlier today and just got my tracking number. Good luck.
I ordered around 12:30 am pacific when the preorder came out. I just checked my order to see it's been shipped. I had a 9/23 ship by date. iPhone 7+ 128 black.
Is the leather case even worth it ..? How will it protect the phone when dropped its not plastic or something hard its just for fashion I think .?
Just checked my CC and noticed that my temp authorization charge was gone. I had a $1 charge but now it's not there. Don't know what that means. Maybe Verizon is getting ready to charge my card? Looks like things seem to be looking up for most people! Finally got charged late last night for my 7+ 128GB Matte Black. No status change on my order, but that seems to not mean much.
