I don't have a problem with that, it looks like a nice design.
It looks the same as the 6s without the antenna bands, likely using the same primer-coating that LG used on the LG G5 to mask their antenna lines. The vast majority of people claim that the LG G5 feels like plastic even though it's metal, so I hope Apple does something different.

Yea i know but i like the design of the iPhone 6s, we will have to wait until September to see what Apple does with the iPhone 7 but keeping the same design isn't an issue for me. I'm more interested in the rumoured Dual camera feature and whatever else Apple adds to the 7 and 7 Plus/Pro.

Wait for next year 2017.
This year looks same as last year.
2017 is going to be big change in design can't wait to see it in flesh and bones.

Looks like this is it guys:

I think there's enough changes on the 7 Plus/Pro to make it a worthy upgrade, especially me since I currently own an iPhone 6 (4.7 inch).

Agreed, I'll be upgrading from my iPhone 6 Plus, I think the dual camera feature is enough to upgrade.

Not for me or many. If Apple thinks we will upgrade to the 5.5 incher just to get the better camera and other spec's while the normal mid 4.7 inch size is not, and we only get some minor updates, than I will not be upgrading at all. If it has the below than yes..

1. Upgraded CPU/GPU
2. f 1/7 lens or better
3. Fast focus like samsung
4. Better 5 MP facing camera
5. 1080p screen
6. Smaller bezel
7. IOS

I wouldn't say that just yet. We don't even know what it's going to be used for.

I wouldn't get this. From what we've seen so far, there doesn't seem to be anything to convince me to get it.

Just a side note, I love how this has become the iPhone thread, like the threads that we have here on the Alternatives forum on all the other phones.

If it has a dual camera you can bet that it will produce much better images. But you are correct that at this stage we don't know what it will be used for, or even if the dual camera will be in the device, Apple could change their plans or it could of just been an incorrect rumour.
From my point of view (and probably a few other people from what I've seen) it will be worth the upgrade because I have the 6 Plus, so moving forward to the 7 Plus would be worth it because not only will I get 3D Touch, Live Photos, a better 12MP camera and 4K video BUT also what ever features the 7 and 7 Plus have, despite all the rumours you can bet that the 7 will have new features that is a given, Apple knows that they need to give people a reason to upgrade no matter how small or how big.

The reason I created this thread was for the iPhone 7 leaks and rumours, so that people could post and talk about them and what they think. Just thought it would be better under one thread :)

I know, I like it. I spend most of my time on the Alternatives forum for that reason. So that we can discuss each different phone in a way that has order, unlike just having millions of threads about the same phone. So thank you for saving the forum ;)

As seen from my sig, I'm an Android user. But I still like the iPhone, and I'm very interested to see what Apple comes up with. But from what we see so far, it isn't looking great. Sure, we haven't really seen most of the stuff that's going to be on the phone, most likely, and I'm really not sure what they will do. I just want Apple to surprise me. Give us something that nobody expected or asked for, but turning out to be a very useful feature.

1. Yes.
2. Maybe.
3. Possibly.
4. Definitely.
5. Probably not happening.
6. Bezel shrinkage during a redesign year is a must.

A10 and a better front facing camera is a must. With OIS in the HTC 10's, a wide angle S7/S7E, Apple needs to step it up. A 1080p display isn't happening because of Apple's obscure resolutions on smaller phones.

If the camera in the 7, NOT 7+ gets OIS, that would be enough for me to at least consider upgrading. Insane battery life would also be a huge factor.

iPhone 6S (4.7" inch) needs a bigger battery life. something like 3600mAh
i wish Apple can make a battery to last one week.
single charge to last for one week is the biggest upgrade for most people. that on its own will attract lots of people.

The minor cosmetic changes from the 6-series, the persistence of the camera lens protrusion, and the rumours of a 2017 iPhone mega-update, all mean that this 'iPhone 7' has a poor excitement level which may translate into less-than-hoped-for sales. And means the SE is probably the best iPhone of 2016!

I still think Apple will have a couple of surprises for the 7, nothing major but i think there will be something. I will be buying the 7 Plus/Pro regardless, I actually like the 6 design and i really don't buy into the whole "Apple must change their design every 2 years" most people (granted not everyone) puts their iPhone's into a case anyway. If the 7 Plus/Pro has a dual camera i think it will be a big feature. I think many people forget just how far smartphones have come in the last few years, especially with camera quality, they have replaced most peoples point and click cameras and are just getting better with each iteration.

Personally i think people expect far too much, Samsung have used the same design from the S6 for their S7, and you could say that their phone has not been anything amazing in terms of features. And no this isn't a Samsung bashing comment (altho i'll admit I'm not a Samsung or Android fan) i'm just trying to make a point that i think people are expecting too much from Apple.

Actually I think the features are a huge plus to why so many have bought it. The design is a real selling point and the fact how easy it is to hold. Fact is apple are said to bring features in 2017 that android has had for years..thats the frustrating thing.

A new leak of the dual camera system and a NAND flash memory chip with 256GB of storage! http://ww2.sinaimg.cn/mw690/68d20df9jw1f42cqouanwj20rs0kudmc.jpg

The leak comes from the very reliable @steveHemmersoffer who also runs the @Onleaks Twitter page.

I think a 256Gb option will be for the iPhone 7 Plus/Pro version and it would make sense because pictures taken with the dual camera will probably take up more memory on the phone.

Not been amazing ? What about the below ? Looks far better than Apples

1. Water resistant
2. Fast focus
3. OLED screen, sharper
4. Smaller bezel. 5.1 screen that is about the same size as Apples 4.7 iPhone
5. Wireless charging
6. Always on time display
7. Double tap the home button to bring up camera without turning on phone to find and use camera like Apples
8. IOS camera
