Same experience on all the betas up to 10.1 b5. I just reverted both my iPhone 7s to 10.0.3 and will see if things improve at all. Not very hopeful though.

I went back to beta 5 and haven't seen any issues yet. Speed tests are 5-10 Mbps faster than they were on beta 4.

I saw one instance of the issue on beta 5 on my 7+. However my wifes 7 had the issue back to back in one location 3-4x, while my 7+ was fine. Basically what prompted me to downgrade to 10.0.3.

I'm on 10.0.3 and I had my first "no service" issue yesterday.

I have noticed that I frequently drop to 1 dot of LTE and when I do, the phone is pretty much as useless as when it dropped to "no service." I've seen the spinning wheel more in the past week than I have in the last 5 years combined.

Strange. At work I've usually been getting 1-2 dots of LTE. Today I'm getting a steady 3-4 dots on beta 5. That's closer to what I was getting when I had my iPhone 6.

This might sound crazy but it's like Verizon is doing stuff on their network to make improvements. At this point it could be psychological.

Mines been great, no drops. Even at home where I used to get crappy signal and dropped calls it's improved quite a bit. That's why I left ATT., 5 years of crappy reception at home and it never improved one iota.

I had two calls with Apple product specialists yesterday. They indicated that some there are still some issues that they are trying to work out. They asked me to run the phone with LTE completely off and with LTE set to data only over the next couple days to test the steadiness of the signal. My signal still tends to drop from several dots to one dot even when stationary.

I have a follow up call scheduled in a couple days to report back.

Glad to hear, with the fix having mixed results I was worried Apple would stop pursuing this issue.

This complaint isn't related to signal issues that we've experienced but since we are practically family now I thought I would ask. Has anyone experienced delayed push notifications with email? I'm getting notifications after an email has been sitting in my inbox for hours.

Already being discussed here.....

I've had the issue off and on. Lately it appears to be fixed.

This issue with the 7 on Verizon is roughly the same time The Google Pixel Phone launches on Verizon only. Has there been any looking into tweaking Verizon may or may not be doing related to the Pixel Phone effecting the iPhone? Just seems curious. :apple:

Yes, I posted about this earlier on in this thread. I'm in IT and get a ton of email notifications at once, and my phone usually gets emails before my laptop. Also, iOS should group a series of notifications if they are all received at the same relative time. I've had a flood of emails come in and show on my laptop, but my phone sat there for 5 minutes alerting a unique notification for each and every email rather than group them into a single notification. Was convinced this was another cellular issue and It's many quarks. That's said, I haven't seen this happen recently.

Oh sorry I should've searched. So my phone was doing great until I took a trip to an area I haven't been yet. Phone dropped to 3G full signal but friend had 2 Bars LTE. This is on 10.0.3. Did we determine whether or not 10.1 B5 has the 10.0.3 fix in it?

Well, thought I'd report in once more. I think what this update released mostly is the cutoff point for when the phone switches to 1x/3G. I still find myself dropping calls more and having to turn off VoLTE when I don't have to with my 6s. I think it's safe to say that signal strength on the 7 is simply not as good as the 6s. (At least MY 7 and MY 6s.) Oh well. At this point it's too late to take it back, so I guess I'll either dig in and weather out the next year or go back to the 6s.
