Yep that mean you will need to return to the carrier who may or may not think the dust is a good enough reason for another trade. If not, you will need to burn your Apple Care to get it replaced.
I will burn my 1 year Warrenty first luckily I'm 5 minutes from store and I been there last week and diagnostic passed I will get them to swap it or send my phone to repair facility .

Dude, what's the point of swapping your phone if the "flickering" is a software issue doesn't impact the phone's usability?
I will swap it due to dust and the battery draining fast

Maybe it depends the color of the phone it only affect certain colors or batches of the phone

No, it's a software bug and it likely just happens in certain situations.

From what I understand you're going to swap the phone out anyway due to an insignificant piece of dust. Good luck searching for a perfect phone.

I just want them to fix my current phone

But you don't need your phone replaced / fixed. It's a software bug, that is likely to be fixed sooner or later.

I have been following a lot of your threads, and others are right, you are nit-picking. You find every little issue with your phone.

Enjoy it, and stop trying to find issues.

That's a fair reason, to get a phone replaced for.

I haven't even received my phone yet, but I'm starting to get worried, since I don't know whether my dock will be flickering, have dust under the lens, have debris in the earpiece, etc. :D (No hate btw)

My MacBook no issues so far ,iPad Air 2 no issues so far ,Apple Watch has issues with the phone

You're constantly nitpicking things that aren't really problems. Here is what I found with a quick search.

Worried about the fan and heat on your rMBP:

Worried about a clicky home button on your iPad:

Worried about a blue tint to the screen on your iPad:

I can't see how a flickering dock when you switch apps is affecting the performance of the phone, let it go and just enjoy the phone. It still works as it should

A different computer will make a difference how? Stop feeding the OP false information.

DFU RESTORE and set up as new and see if the problem persists. If it does, restore from a previous backup to save yourself the trouble of setting up everything as new. Then either wait for 10.1 or try the public beta now and see if it's still there. If still unhappy, replace at an Apple Store.
A different firmware and software file will be redownloaded. The one on his current computer he keeps restoring from may be "corrupted" or "bad". It's like a truck that crashes with window glass in it. If one is broke, every pane of glass in that truck will be broke. So stop replacing windows glass with panes from that truck.

So you locate the IPSW file - delete it and redownload with iTunes. No need to switch computers.
