Also, a member posted this on the great strap band thread.

Gordon Straps on Etsy has this purple frog skin strap :). Much cheaper than the Lucrin. Looks like you can customize it to some extent too. $99.50

Got this today and I'm loving it. Had to remove 5, or was it 6 links but it so nice. Cost me £50 (approx $77 US )including postage all the way from China to UK.

Got my ML today from the lnkoo guy on eBay and I've gotta say this is a beautiful band! My only complaint is that the magnet comes through the adapter some of the time (has to be at the same angle) but since the magnet is so strong I'm confident it won't come apart while wearing it!

Got my ML from Utica Guy Freedomoclock.
I absolutely love it.
Doesn't unravel and the magnet is pretty strong. Just as the original I dare say and the only difference it it has 2 or 3 strands less than the original.
The connectors fit perfectly and there isn't any gaps whatsoever.
So far I think it's my favorite clone purchase!
Got it from here: http://m.ebay.com/itm/281735763159 Bummer looks like it's sold out.
Check it out:

Found this post on the non OEM thread! What do you guys think? I might just go ahead and be the guinea pig.
I'm your classic lurker, enjoying the info & pictures. While I'm soaking in all the excitement you share, I've actually been looking for something unusual. I think I just found it & wanted to share since I've gotten so much from your posts.

I hope the picture link works since I've not posted before, but if it doesn't I've listed the websites below:

eBay for $75.99-$79.99

http://www.ebay.com/itm/37141052623...48&var=640495832672&ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT

AliExpress for $38.50-$44.50

http://www.aliexpress.com/item/Luxu...Foding-Clasp-Strap-Wristband/32435616853.html

I've to say though. This band would look awesome with Utica Guy Freedomoclock logs and adapters!
For reference, the adapters on this Hoco band:

I love it! I agree that a different adapter (perhaps a pin adapter) would look great on it. As you may gather from my previous posts, I like finding unusual looking bands. I just bought this one for my daughter's Apple watch:

I saw this one on Aliexpress a while ago.
Idk. Aesthetically speaking didn't call for my name. I think someone in the Show Off Your Watch thread has had one of these for quite a while now.
Gosh. Wished I could remember exactly who has one!

Good memory Jmona. I have that band as well as at least another person. We both bought ours around the same time and both posted in that thread. The band is made by Hadley Roma and really is very good quality. I particularly like the security of the clasp with the double buttons and it feels wonderful on the wrist. Jvjlite I think your daughter will like wearing it. I have it on a Freedomoclock spring pin lug.

I love this thread! My husband got me a silver Sport, with the white band, for my birthday last week. I love it and the band is super comfy, but I started looking at different band options almost immediately, lol. (After pre-ordering the Enblue W3 dock.)

Hopefully Utica guy gets 38mm Milanese Loops back in soon. I'm itching for more colors/patterns/etc in the same material as the Sport bands. (I don't wear leather.)

Congrats on your new Watch and Happy Belated Birthday to You!
We should be seeing different ML styles (mesh design wise) for what I've been hearing from Freedomoclock. I pretty much have him on speed dial now.

You and Jmona are correct - they are very similar, except where the pin attaches to the adapter. I like them! I just bought 4 bands from watchbandcenter in Germany. How fast is their shipping? I received a shipping notice, but there was no tracking number. Do you remember how long it took to receive this band from them? BTW - I found your post about the band in the "some pics of stainless steel adapters from freedomoclock" thread, page 2, post #29).

Sorry can't help. I bought mine in the U.S. from Globalwatchbands I think it was back in May around Father's Day. The other guy that bought the same one said he bought it from them off their eBay account I think. Hadley Roma bands are sold all over the place. Quite a well known brand and for watch shops to sell it, it probably does well for them.

My adapters from Utica guy as I've seen him called (freedomoclock) arrived early by first class mail. My bands arrived today and I really like them; photo below (prices were less than on packaging BTW). She sent spring pins along as well and I may end up needing them.

The new adapter lugs on the spring pin version fit nice and securely in my watch base. I attempted to put one of the bands on but my close up vision is bad and ended up sending one of the springs across the room. Not sure if it will ever be found LOL. He sent 3 so I'm down to 2 from him. Made a few more attempts but decided to wait for DH, who has great close up vision, to install them tomorrow when it's light outside. I'll post closeup of them on my watch once I get the band on so you guys have another point of reference. I have not opened the tubular adapter yet from this seller as I still need to pick up some appropriate threadlocker. I have a feeling I will be buying adapters and pretty much installing them on my bands and not bothering to switch the bands off the adapters once they are on.

BTW if anyone in Europe is interested in the band that Frogstir and I bought I found it here on this site: http://www.watch-band-center.com/watchstrap-p18036h689s711-Watch-strap-24mm-sta.html"

  2. On second look, perhaps you were just suggesting a different site from which to find the band. I was confused by this. Oh well.... I hope my bands are delivered soon!

Hallo Ladies!
I got my Freedomoclock Link Band today. Surprised that it was here when I got home from the hospital and well, needless to say I'm thrilled!

Removed 6 links because sadly for my tiny wrist I actually would've needed more removed so now fits a little on the lose side which I don't mind if I don't care much about the heart rate monitor to work correctly. I absolutely love it and I'm surprised by the quality of it.
No gaps whatsoever to report unlike other bands and it fits comfortably on my wrist.
I think I found my favorite band of them all considering I had the link before and because I couldn't justify the $489 for it, I returned it and I'm not one bit upset for having done so.
This one is just as good as the Apple OEM Link and it fits nicely and for a girly girl with a little bit of Tomboy, this hits he spot!
Here's some photos for it.
I have to admit though, the link removal process was a little bit of a pain but all things considered, it's totally worth the $70 I paid for it so now I'm considering buying the gold and the blue. I'm not sure if either including space black would look good with the stainless steel but, let it suffice to say that I'm the "never say never" kind of gal!️ Got it from here and please check the photos below!

Yes the watchbandcenter was a suggestion of a source in Europe that was carrying it. As I recall though someone else on one of the threads had brought that place to my attention and had ordered from them.

My goodness post #29. Oh and just the other day my husband held up a metal spring pin he found on the floor and said "were you missing this?" Still missing one last spring pin shot off somewhere.

Found that person who had posted the watchbandcenter link: https://forums.macrumors.com/thread...nd-strap-thread.1866289/page-39#post-21438694 He's from Germany and ordered a link band from them. Seemed happy and when checking out the rest of the metal fold bands saw the Hadley Roma one there too.

Here is more of the conversation when Frogstir and I bought ours (continues down the page): https://forums.macrumors.com/thread...ers-from-freedomoclock.1892681/#post-21476336

Thank you, Mac2me! I did get a response from the place in Germany including a tracking number. So I should receive them soon! Thanks, again!
