For those wondering how many links remain after removing them from the band, here's the comparison. This is version 3 of the link .5/1 clone.

And it fits right were its supposed to. Not higher not lower but where it's supposed to be on your wrist.

What's everyone's wrist size... I just measured my wrist and it's like 177mm ... Seems big.

Here's one that I think looks a little different, at least the 38mm version from HyperLink (Hat tip to bigdog5142).

It's made from 316L stainless steel, and comes in 42mm and 38mm, $49 from Kickstarter:
https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/hypershop/183075220 ....

Oh! Finally, a feminine stainless steel watchband design! I just think the Apple one and the other ones on the market right now are not to my taste. I may have to order one of those.

I just got my Sport 38mm a few weeks ago, and I am just now getting into the bands. I currently have a white Apple sport band and the Apple milanese loop. I have ordered a 3rd party adapter and a regular pink leather band to fit it. Hopefully that will come soon.

I hope more people start making different stainless designs. I would love a nice two tone or a brushed/shiny design of some sort. My wrists are tiny, so all the current bands tend to look overly chunky on me.

Love this thread, BTW!

Then I guess I don't feel so bad,.. I did find a thread asking men what size they were going to get the , 38 or 42... And my wrist is the size of some of the men... Ugh big boned!

Really was looking at those leather loops on eBay but they only have small and med available and neither will fit

Let me see if I can find a store that has a ML LL and let you know.

Also, I'm thinking about getting some of these and maybe review them once they get here.
Which colors would you like to see in action?
Let me know which ones you'd like to see and I'll get them right away. I'm getting them with the adapters. But if you'd like to buy directly, here's the link. http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.view&alt=web&id=151706636137

So what size watch do you have? 38 or 42mm?
Wondering because it'll be easier to find you a LL.

Alli, did you ever made the bands holder you were going to make? Can you post photos?
I know there's a separate thread for this but, what are you Ladies using as a band case or jewelry case for bands? My kids made me one but it isn't big enough! So if you have any ideas or links, please share with us.
I have a lot of stuff coming in soon so I'll keep you all posted!

Do you find the width of the bracelet too narrow? I don't think it's a problem in general, but don't you think it makes the 38mm Watch look massive?

I did make the holder. You can see it here. It came out pretty well, if I do say so myself. I'm not cross-posting as it's been "illegal" on every other forum I've ever been on, and I figure most of us are also watching the generic threads.

Meanwhile, I got the old card catalog from our school library, and it's perfect for watch bands!

Jmona, I looked on both the links you posted and cannot find the soft pink modern buckle offered. Was there a third link that offers it?

OMGGGGGGGGG vegan straps! I'm so happy to see these. (And I hope they don't suck!)

I got them because they were vegan, too. Ordered #11 and #15 with adapter. Here's the #15 that I happened to be wearing today at work.

Nice! How is the quality of the strap?

I know I'd have more options if I'd just bite the bullet and order some adapters. Then I could just use any strap. (Though there are still fewer vegan options in watch straps that aren't either silicone/rubber or metal.)

I like the quality. It is a thin "fake leather" and hopefully it will stand up long term. I only received it last friday and this is the second day that I've worn it.

Definitely order some adapters. I have several in various kinds. It was very easy to deal with. I have a few of the nato canvas straps that are a bit stiff. I prefer these ones over the nato. It's classier with work wear and more comfortable. The sports bands don't look so good in a skirt at work.

Edit to add: I've just ordered the stainless steel Milanese loop from inkoo888 (I think that's his name) from ebay. I did the best offer at $24 which was accepted. That's another vegan option.

Okay. Sorry took me a while. I found one that has S/M to M/L in every color but it's $38. Hopefully this one works! Now Idk about this seller's feedback so you'll have to check on that! :)

Here's another one 10 bucks cheaper but, it doesn't let you pick up on size.

omgomgomg....my Bohemian leather loop finally arrived. I am not disappointed. It is gorgeous!

The magnetic closure is strong, so it's not going anywhere. Feels just like my red LL. Does not protrude from the locks, or if it does it is not noticeable visually or by touch.

Definitely noticing a trend though. I'm sure this is the same box my last two bands came in.

Here's the Amazon link.
