His complaint about the over processed photos is the same I've had for lo these many years of iPhone photography. Drives me nuts. My 7 Plus still does this, but to a far lesser degree and not nearly as often as my 6s Plus did. I really was very happy with the 6s Plus but that camera was
sometimes. My SE, which was supposed to have the same camera, performed a noticeable bit better somhow. But both were plagued with a white balance that blondes look a bit greenish. I see that sort of thing going on a bit on the G6 sample photos that were released in preliminary overviews.
There's a number of other reasons I'm reluctantly moving this off of my "OMG, gotta have it list" for now. I'm saying that before even seeing the Samsung event. But I will be taking a good look at it when I can find it at the Best Buy.
Oddly enough the OnePlus 3T is still on my consideration list.
