I decided to call FedEx and although the guy didn't have the details, he mentioned something about a snow storm in China, but indicated that it had not changed the expected delivery date. Sounds like a lag in explaining delays... Maybe...
All that bad weather in China, the snow right before the oncoming New Year holiday period, did that affect Shanghai area?
Otherwise maybe it is just paperwork error. It could be an ugly one though. Like the individual shipping paperwork that goes on after the pallet gets busted out of bulk mode is what's actually in Alaska but the pallets of machines are still back in Shanghai? yeek.
First time I've ordered anything overseas from FedEx, just realized this:
mine is like your and sitting in memphis.....Don't know if you care to know, but I have standard shipping:
Left Alaska 1:16 PM EST on 1/31
Arrived to Indianapolis 11:44 PM EST on 1/31
Left Indianapolis at 4:05 AM EST on 2/1
Arrived at Memphis at 2:00 PM EST on 2/1
In transit at Memphis at 2:11 PM EST on 2/1
Expected delivery, 10:30 AM EST on 2/4
Fear not...
maybe it not held..Mine is held in Indianapolis. Same reason. Will this delay scheduled delivery?
