It could be so the only way to make sure is to give a call to Apple and hopefully they’ll have the correct information for you

That document refers only to returns not trade-ins...anyway will see when I get close to the trade-in deadline
In the mean time (sarcasm starts here) it may not be a problem (sarcasm ends here) since now UPS says delivery is 4/18...while apple page on macOS says 4/22...at this point the nerd on me would like to understand how UPS tracking works (do they scan single package ? Do they scan an entire pallet? when/where they scan it? How they exchange data between ups and apple....
Or just have a life and it gets delivered when it gets delivered

Looks like UPS found the Lost Pallet and it should start moving. Anyone with orders stuck April 4.

ok, will need to confirm, as my Apple CR told me it starts from when I received the TIK and the tradin would be cancelled , and at that point i should call them…..US here.

Yeah they’ll send you a new TIK. I’m on my second now.

I'm still in the waiting game. But in Apple's defense, the indicated delivery date was and still is around the 27th of April, so as long as that date is not passed I'll give them time. But, I see people here who ordered the same config for a neighboring EU country after me and who already received theirs. Maybe it's because I used an educational discount...
I just hope by the time I receive mine it is still present gen tech (with the M2 etc.)

Mine is stuck on April 2nd.

As my Studio also left the factory the 2nd without any further movement, I tried to get more precise information from Apple. They told me yesterday that they have some problems there (customs clearance?) and that I should expect delivery in the initial time frame end of April.

As I'm currently away from today for 10 days straight, I'll just wait for Apple/DHL to deliver. When I'm back on the 25th and there's still no delivery at my doorstep, well then... a "very personal" phone call to Apple shall follow!

I'm in the same boat as you... Mine was shipped on the 29th, not delivered yet. And well, let's say Apple Support has been useless at saying anything. It doesn't really look like they know when it will be "un-stuck" nor they seem they have power to do much.

Well part of the problem is that they can't tell any new delivery date besides "soon". So if they have been saying that it will arrive "soon" for over a week that doesn't really help being patient. And also, the most frustrating part for me at least is that they basically make up any reasons for the delay and end up giving contradicting information on what's the current status of the order.

In my case it's "Delivery delayed" without any further details.

Once it starts moving, it gets here in 24 hours, but of course even though it could be delivered Saturday I’ll still have to wait until Monday due to the shipping Apple chose not delivering on weekends…

My studio was stuck in Chek Lap Kok, Hong Kong since the 8th. Finally moved to Taoyuan, Taiwan. Shows delivery date of 4/18.
Feel better to finally see it not lost in Hong Kong.
