So, some good news! My Mac made it through customs and is due to arrive at my home in the USA on Monday the 25th. You can see from this timeline that it languished in Chek Lap Kok for approximately four days. Not the worst I've seen here. Let's hope it'll be only a few days and no longer for many others here!

Edit: @hfg it looks like we have similar timelines for our Macs. I wonder if they'll be on the same flight? (It depends on your Mac's final destination?)

M1 Ultra 64-Core/128GB RAM/4TB SSD: Ordered on 3/18/22 and delivered today on 4/19/22

My CC was charged 5 days prior to shipping, and it shipped 7 days prior to delivery window of April 20-27. While it shipped on 4/13, it was held up in HK customs for a few days. It then was estimated to be delivered on 4/19 and did, ultimately arriving only 1 day earlier than original window.

Interestingly macOS 12.3 was installed and needs an upgrade to 12.3.1.

A quick look at directory dates shows the original imaging took place on 2/26/22, and then was updated on 4/11/22. Given the ship date of 4/13, it seems there's a couple days of test and preparation before shipping.
Ordered the exact same on the 3/16/22 but estimated delivery date of June 9-23 😦 I'm very impatient and keep checking in hopes that it'll change. Looks like the screen will arrive a little earlier

Apple says my March 16 ordered Studio will be delivered May 3. UPS up until this morning had no delivery estimate. I just checked and UPS estimates this Wednesday, April 27. UPS tracking shows it is still at the airport in Hong Kong. I'm not sure who to believe. Delivery by Wednesday doesn't seem realistic from Hong Kong to Michigan!

What was your original delivery window?

Apple originally said June 2 - 17.

A fair number of people are starting to report delivery a month or so before the start of Apple's original estimate. I'd certainly be happy to see the Studio Max in my signature delivered at the end of May rather than June 27-July 11. Hong Kong's easing of pandemic measures last Thursday, if it continues, might help, except that measures are actually being toughened in Shanghai.

Mine is out for delivery today. The Apple estimate I was given was May 20-27!
Now, if I could just get the Studio Display delivered early to use with it... (est. May 6 - 20).

Part of me is wondering if the earlier deliveries have a bit to do with different-than-expected yields. The rarer processors are the ones with more cores and memory. What I'm thinking is, it's possible that poorer than expected yields mean that there are more than expected 'lower end' chips and the same or fewer 'higher end' chips and therefore the 'lower end' the chip, the faster the delivery velocity.

I'm not exactly sure what constitutes a chip being more rare than another, there is likely more than one factor, but you can chop up a maxed out Max down to a lower specc'd chip but you can't 'add' to one that didn't fab that way.

A more enterprising person might set up a form to capture this so we can see likelihoods over time . . .

Exactly the same here (New York). When I see it I'll believe it.

My order just moved to the ‘Preparing to Ship’ stage. It’s still slated to arrive by the 29th, so I guess we’ll see how things go from here. (Standard Ultra configuration - 20/48/64GB/1TB, ordered March 10th)

Same here. My delivery date has always been 5/27-6/3, some 4.5-5 weeks from now. And today it changed to "Preparing to Ship" stage. Base Max 10/24/32GB/but upped to 1TB which made it BTO. I ordered 4/8. I was fine with the up to 6/3 time frame. Not expecting any M2 announcements at WWDC, but figured the original delivery timeframe kept me in my return window in the unlikely event anything is announced at WWDC that would make me alter my purchasing plans.

I've been very lucky based on many posts here.

I ordered a Max with 1Tb on 11 April. On 16 April the status changed to shipped. Yesterday DHL in The Netherlands updated to say it had arrived and it was delivered today in the Czech Republic.

Edited to add that my original delivery estimate was 17 to 24 June and after shipping it updated to 03 May (and it was still saying that while it was out for delivery).

I also happened to see a lone display pop up on a store and managed to buy that as well and I've not seen any stock since then.

Very lucky. Hopefully more of you will start to see your items delivered soon.

I ordered on April 6th both a Studio Display and a M1 Max Studio with 1TB SSD and 64GB RAM.

The Display shows an expected date of May 6th - May 13th
The Studio shows an expected date of June 30th - July 14th.

Neither has made it past the Processing stage at this point. No update at all.

You ordered a few days after I made the order in my signature. Recent posts suggest that it's possible that my Max, and yours, will ship about a month early. However, based on those same posts I don't expect to see any change in delivery window until Apple is ready to ship. I don't think that Apple is sending updates about where people are in the queue.

I ordered on March 16 with a predicted delivery for June 2-17. It sat at Chek Lap Kok, Hong Kong for five days. This morning I read that my Studio arrived in Taoyuan, Taiwan yesterday evening. There it's been sitting, for a full day so far. Hopefully, it leaves soon. UPS says it will be delivered Wednesday, April 27, but Apple, all along, has predicted Tuesday, May 3. I received my Magic Touch keyboard on March 18 and my Studio Display on April 13. A couple of days ago I ordered a Logitech MX Master 3 mouse directly from Logitech at a 15% discount. I received a text message that I had a delivery scheduled by FedEx for Wednesday! It took a while for me to figure out that it was the mouse and not an early Mac Studio delivery!

Mine has moved from Hong Kong to Taiwan, with UPs still saying delivery tomorrow. I don't think that's physically possible. It will be the second UPS oops on this order, following 2 or 3 on the first Studio. The Apple estimate is for next, Tuesday May 3. Apple was more accurate than UPS last time and likely more accurate this time. You would think that UPS would have a tracking system that was at least somewhat accurate. . .

Seems like production of 10-core Max chips is moving fast (sorry Ultra folks). My order is scheduled to arrive a month early! And of course, I’ll be out of town.
I’m not too worried about WWDC announcements since it would make no sense for a new M2 Mac Mini to gain all of the stuff I care about (RAM, storage, USB ports), be significantly faster, and be cheaper.

BTO Base Max 10/24/32/4TB
Ordered: 4/11
Credit card charged: 4/19
Shipped: 4/26
Delivery estimate UPS: 4/28
Delivery estimate Apple: 5/30 - 6/6
Delivered: 5/2 :)
