According to your posts, you've had nothing but good news on delivery windows for your 64GB/1TB Max ordered April 15th:
Original: July 26
First revision: June 10-17
Latest revision: May 19
People have reported very few instances of late delivery, and as far as I know none in the last few weeks. My recollection is that almost all late deliveries have resulted from courier problems.
Presumably you told Apple to ship for store pickup. I don't think that there are a lot of people in this thread who have done that, and it may involve a process that is different from shipping to one's home.

I'm from the UK, shipped from China on the 7th and arrived in Hong Kong on the 7th. Luck just turned though, I now have a delay with no date given. Update: Finally left Hong Kong, new delivery date of the 16th.

The charge on this order was completed the same day.
The order has just changed to say preparing to ship.
I ordered through my CC Apple rewards program. They sent the email. I called today and they confirmed the delivery window estimate is between 5/13 and 5/20. A total of 69 not so nice days of waiting.
Congrats on that! I still had no movement as of today, and tomorrow marks exactly 2 months since I placed the order for my Ultra. "Not so nice" is exactly how it feels to me. I've been an Apple/Mac user since almost the very beginning and never waited this long for an Apple product order. Not even close. But tomorrow is I think 61 days, so maybe another week? Well, fingers crossed but I'm not optimistic.

The order update emails go to my wife, so I've been bugging her about it every damn day. Two days after the ship date (5/1), I asked her to check. She got super excited when she saw an email. The excitement quickly turned into:

Rewards have to be earned. 10 weeks is not enough for both of us.

Just got my shipping email! Woohoo! Picked up from Shenzhen at 19.40pm local time via DHL express. No change to June 6 estimate just yet though. *edited to add - I’ve just re-read shipping email and it states May 27 delivery

Already made it to South Carolina and looking like it may be delivered today.
The Display on the other hand is nowhere to be found and has since been pushed back with an estimated delivery of June 14-21. So I'll have a computer without a monitor.
Not sure if I'm going to stick with the Studio Display or not with these delays.

Hard to believe that it will take two weeks to get your Max from Shenzhen to Australia. I'm curious about the Shenzhen > Australia routing if you have time to post it when it's apparent.

In the UK, ordered a M1 Max 24-GPU, 32GB RAM, 1TB SSD from Jigsaw24 yesterday when it was listed as "in stock" - and is apparently with the courier for delivery tomorrow... Better than apple.co.uk where that config was late June/early July. We'll see, but I'm inclined to trust Jigsaw.
Think I may have snagged the last one, though... but I guess it's worth checking around the big dealers.
