Perhaps you should give them a call. More than 10 weeks is enough.

Thinking about it. But in Apple's defense, my window doesn't technically start until the 9th of June. I'm so used to them being way overcautious with their delivery time estimates that I (I think we all) assumed they do so again this time. Turns out that for many of the ultras, this simply wasn't the case and the estimates were quite accurate. I'm disappointed, but I wont start worrying unless I see no movement a day or so before the window starts. Still hoping I see the move from "pending" to "preparing" this week.

As far as I know, yes. I'm sorta just waiting for them to update the status on the website. I can't get a straight answer from them - sometimes they "can check" and other times "they have no way of checking" - so I'm just tired of playing the game. Ultimately, I'm at their mercy now. But at least, according to your full report, it seems as if everyone around me has changed to shipped or delivered. Could be any day now...

For a variety of reasons I decided to ship to store instead of my home. I just got just a Max not ultra. In the past I've had a lot of Apple orders ship earlier than expected to my home, is that also true about pick-up in-store? Or are those order times more set in stone?

There have been a couple of cases of store delivery recently. There appears to be no difference in timing between store delivery and home delivery.

It's worth just checking on, IMO. Just tell them it's been 10 weeks and you haven't heard a thing, so you are concerned. If you get a sympathetic support person as I did, maybe you too will get a free pair if AirPods out of it. And mine came with a free 6 months of Apple Music too.

They may be doing this with subscriptions one doesn't already have just for buying a Mac Studio. I've been offered three months of Apple Arcade, which I don't have and don't need. Maybe if I decline they'll offer me something that I could actually use

I ordered my Studio (Max Version) on the 7th May and had a delivery date from the 28th June. Ordered the Studio Display as well and that had a date from 7th July.

I have just had my card charged (although not an amount that matches either purchase) so hopefully that might mean something starts to move shortly.

Which Studio Display did you order? And what country are you in?

I think the Mac Studios are getting out a bit sooner than expected for some but the Studio Displays are taking a while (especially the non-standard ones).

I ordered 5th May (from the UK) and and my date is from 6th July. Would love it to come sooner but not expecting it to sadly.

I ordered the height-adjustable one, so that does make sense. I am also in the UK and we seem to have similar dates. I don't have another monitor so I'm hoping it doesn't take too long to arrive after the Mac Studio does.

Same here - height adjustable (no nano). Our dates are very similar indeed - you're the closest I've found and from the same country too! We might end up getting our displays within a day or so of each other - and I really hope it's soon!

So my pending charge officially went through on the 31st.
My mac is still in Hong Kong, the estimated UPS date moved to June 3rd instead of the 2nd. But I guess it'll keep moving like that for about 2-3 more days before leaving Chek Lap Kok... 🤷‍♂️
